Morning... some people just like saving us from ourselves... very gracious of them and should be commended. I do it now and again on REAL dog shares but I don't constantly bang on about it...

IS THIS A RISK - YES!

We are all aware of that. It could tank it could recover - isn't that the same for ALL AIM SHARES?

As you know MOST aim shares have a recovery bounce at some point (CHAL being one dog example yesterday).

If you sell on the bad news you will get robbed (who sold here at 90p or less?).

Are they still making a good revenue stream? Yes. In fact they increased by £20m for 2019 since their last projections.

Can they turn this around? IMO yes - now that the CEO is aware thanks to his new CFO who seems to be on the ball.

Is another placing needed? Possibly. Its AIM. But not for a while as they have money in the bank.

What price? Who knows - my crystal ball is broken.

1) Accounting WAS flawed... they found an issue and are fixing it
2) Again - this was more than the CEO was aware of due to his wonderful ex CFO - this will be addressed soon imo.
3) Gross margins swing. Don't know what hedging (if any) they have but their customer base is increasing.

Treat it as an oil company that found water in one well - crashed too much due to the current market overdoing swings - but it knows there is oil in the next well, even if it will take a little longer to get out the ground...
