The silence is adding to my excitement.

Food for thought: the company cash in the bank = the present markete cap.

The technology, assets and everything else is not priced in at all.

Did some quick research and felt all of a sudden this company was worth a heck of a lot more than it is priced at

Company is in the best situation its been in for the past 12 months

Considering they expect to meet remaining creditor obligations through company operations rather than by using the money raised is a big sign of confidence in the underlying performance of the business to me.

I was going to type, Infinite Reality is going to be huge but then I rememebred it is already absolutely huge and is only getting bigger and bigger with each passing month.

The deadline for repayment of the facility has been postponed until the end of 2025 which will allow the Company to recover and be able to resolve the outstanding position at that time. The Directors believe that the repayments for 2025 can be funded by the Company through cash generation.

However, given the several news releases stating and confirming the sale of Get Visibility, I am happy to take a position before confirmation of funds.

Also I am eager to have a large position before Infinite Reality news comes which is the real propeller for a significant rerate

Naturally some will be waiting for confirmation of the large capital injection into the company coffers before they buy.

For this reduction in risk they will be paying higher, my guess is 1.2-1.5p

The news release notes the global reach of the new auditor. This is interesting given the news on global expansion that has come in 2025.

So what I'm saying is, even a company which has yet to make a profit can sit at a capitalisation of 30-50mil, if there's a shot it can someday get there leveraging its technology and through gradual development and progress.

Then once it makes more progress it can move well beyond.

GDR ticks these boxes for me and I believe 2025 will validate it will be one of those companies.

If you were investing in profitable entrerprises then you wouldn't get the opportunity to invest at 1.5p and at sub £10m mcap. It would be 10x that if not more and equally there would be higher risk investing at a £100m cap then investing sub £10m cap

If AGL can warrant a £30m mcap with far less diversifcation, bigger losses and expenses then GDR being so diversified and from a sub £10m mcap is due a rerate and warrants a similar £30m mcap whislt its ramps up.

Once it achieves on the current milestone then I anticipate a move up from a £30m mcap to £100m mcap

Given AGL is at a £30mcap and GDR has more going for it, at the very least I believe this will be 4-5p by the end of May alone.

They only raised a small amount because of the incoming contracts and revenue growth. Which was a confident display to the market.
