The back up energy grid is an extremely important aspect of European energy infastrucuture and a spotlight has been shone on this in 2024 and in 2025.

It's going to be absolutely critical over the years ahead and a fundamental pillar of energy security.

This should be trading at least 4.00-5.00p a share, which is still a third of the initial IPO.

Now with the Powertree investment the company is only going to expand as well.

With GLENCORE and other huge global behemoths circling for the lithium, PREM is certainly worth a crack from these levels.

On 17th April Riverfort had 68,211,746 shares remaining.

Since 17th April and including today 108,000,000 shares have exchanged hands.

Assume 1/3rd of the 108,000,000 are Riverfort then that is about 36,000,000.

68,211,746 - 36,000,000 = 32,211,746.

So only a pittance £65k left to sell.

This will probably be cleared as a single delayed trade after hours rather than drip fed into the market.

Therefore we can reasonably conclude their impact on the share price has been reduced to a negilible level.
