RE: Using card abroad?5 Jul 2019 15:22
My point was why wait for the relist though?
It makes no matter what the SP will be as regardless of when it comes back people will sell. Of course they will.
If it came back next week at 1p, then those who want out will leave, those who want more and see happy to wait will buy cheap shares. If you think it will be worth a lot more in 5 years now, why wouldn't you buy at 1p next week and wait?
Conversely, let's say it doesn't list until 2024, so right when you want the money back, and comes back at 50p. Telling me you aren't going to dump the lot at the open bell? Of course you are. As will everyone here.
It matters not when or what price as people will sell if it suits. Just get the bloody thing listed and be done with it. If the product and uptake is good the SP will react accordingly. Having the option to buy and sell is needed, not forced into waiting until the magic numbers appear.
Everyone wants a big figure on return, but really that's to sell and make money. If people really believe in the success then they shouldn't be afraid of it returning asap and come what may SP wise. If people are happy to hold they will, and likely build a bigger position. It's the lack of options to buy or sell thats unacceptable here.
Put it this way, I'm having to make up for this loss by pushing back some plans I had and making it up with more savings. If it were to come back at a 50% loss to me I would still sell day one as it would bring my plans 6 months closer to fruition than they will now.
Just get the thing bloody listed. Let the churn happen and everyone so what they like.
