You know what? That is almost exactly what i got from their support when querying the delay!

A rather generic response of it can take 24hrs for further security checks etc

I'm asking them now when automation is happening and what security checks are needed when KYC is already done when signing up!

Annoying thing with this latest delay is I was trying to show someone who was interested in the concept how it all worked. So transferred money in to show them, but now have to say it can take days....

Needless to say it's leaving a bad impression, considering he is used to shares being bought and sold instantly.

For instance, any time I have ever tried the live chat thing via the app, there has never been an agent available. Ever.

Are the people working for tally all part time?

Why does it take so long for a reply to emails, so long to deposit and withdraw money?

Why are their social media posts sporadic and at any time of day and night?

Why so long to answer tweets and FB messenger?

I really don't think they work proper hours. And I would guess most work from home, likely around other jobs, for the new staff they hired.

I just can't see how things would be so sloppy if you had staff in an office for a full day doing their jobs.

P.s. when the company stops ****ing about and gets its **** together then I will praise it. You will find I have had compliments when they have been due....

I think it's crazy that nobody works weekends at tally.

First off it's a startup, and as such should have all hands on deck all times pumping it up and getting interest.

Second, they are a financial service! You should be working weekends like all other financial services do. Even if it's till 4pm Saturday with Sunday off.

Could go with tally.co.uk? They are a UK company. Keep tallymoney.com for the tally app which is good for a worldwide audience?

I have never successfully been able to use contactless. Chip and pin fine, but always fails contactless. No idea why.

On that point I have been wondering for a while now, why is it corporate@tallymoney.com? Shouldnt it be corporate@tally.com?

Again they don't know how their company is set up. Tally ltd is the parent and what will (hopefully) be listed again. Tallymoney is a subsidiary. Corporate relations should be with the parent, but they aren't. Tallymoney website should not have the corporate area. Tally ltd should exist and have this plus details on tallymoney and the mines etc

All simple things that should have been done months ago. Sloppy and amateurish is how it comes across.

That twitter account in the link must be new. Though I would suggest they ditch the same logo as tallymoney ltd and make a different one for the parent company. Far too confusing having same logo and very similar names. Let's not forget that tally ltd is more than just the tally app!

There is no need for tally ltd to be waiting on tallymoney ltd to do their job in order for tally ltd to do theirs, namely update shareholders and be working on the relist. Just what the hell is CP actually doing?? I said it before and it still stands, he does not work day to day with tallymoney ltd, as that's Ralph, therefor should be working on the corporate side "concurrently" as he likes to term everything as opposed to waiting for tallymoney to roll out tally.

The old lionsgold twitter account was tweeting the other day to boot! Surely that should be defunct and renamed tally ltd??

They don't half have a knack of coming across as amateurs. Hopefully it's because they have something spectacular to show shortly, but so far it's all just damp squibs and wasted opportunities.

We don't get any real news about the corporate side of this company. Just vague suggestions something may happen at some point in the future. They are planning it after all....

But with CP being such a genuine up front guy, a Bastion of honesty if you will, then all must be well as us 'shrooms just need to behave and wait for the next feeding time.

Pretty much all here are pro tally and can see it's benefits. A section are anti CP for various reasons. Mine being he is full of shit and treats shareholders as afterthoughts.

Well seeing as how (serious) companies aim to keep shareholders happy with updates etc, and lionsgold never did, it's no surprise they don't know how to keep customers interested and up to date either.

If tally ever think of being main market they need to up their comms in general as they will be obliged to do for more than ever on aim, and won't get serious investors with the attitude thus far.

They need a proper PR person onboard, or outsourced.
