Firstly, I have not been telling anyone daily this is going bust. I gave three scenarios, IPO/private raise/bust as what could happen based on their accounts.

I have never said its going bust. I have doubted it will return to market however.

As for income this month? I don't know. But I seriously doubt it was more than £1000. Not enough to pay minimum wages.

The fact is they had £175k in December. Have the raised anymore since? They should have told holders that if that was the case.

That aside, I said it will either raise money via IPO, private or go bust. They have no money, they had 175k as of December 18 - information publicly available from their accounts posted in July. Not me making things up.

Now I have said for months they need to IPO for money and the report backs that up. I don't think they will go bust, but I also am not convinced they will ipo, as they could do private raise, which as I said if you bothered to read, the next raise will state their intent.

I couldn't get my head round it either, as all they needed to do was an admission document and a raise to return. RtO happen all the time, look at RRE recently.

CP didn't want it to come back so allowed it to fall off market. The question is why?

I questioned his commitment when it delisted and got shouted down by the fan club, which is now not that full anymore here. But go away and listen to the sharetalk interview he did after it fell off market. When he was asked if they are going to relist, listen to how slippery he sounds. It's not a big confidence builder, considering they were supposedly working on the admission for 6 moths.

As I said, by Xmas money is gone I reckon, if not before so a raise or bust here, and the raise will speak volumes for their plans.

As someone mentioned here before, the BoD won't care about credibility as it won't affect them. They will still have the city lovvies all over them. Jobs for the boys and all that.

The company has no money left, they have to be well through the £175k they had in Dec last year. CP takes all that in salary!

So either they do a private fundraise, a pre ipo/ipo to return to market or they go bust.

If it's a private raise then I will say they are not coming back to market. So it's either IPO or bust, as staying private is just as useful as going bust to me.

I guess they are trying to figure out how to do it automatically. Im no expert in these things but if you can get instant reloadable gift cards etc I wouldn't have thought it would be that difficult or different to do it with tally? Maybe once they get card payments into tally working it will all be better.

I honestly think tally as we know it has only been in development since last year. I think they threw out the old goldbloc/blockchain Version out shortly after the railsbank deal and started developing what it is now.

No way was this in development years to still be in the state it's in. Would explain all the BS RNS last year about release then testing etc plus Ralph's book being all about decentralized currency etc to them be using a centralised ledger.

They need to take service outages more seriously than they are. If they are having issues with processing payments or receiving money etc they should notify users via email/in app/website messages.
