Contacting the company for clarity on a topic that is actually quite important is talking tripe?

I didn't say it was going bust did I? Asking the company for information on who to go to in the event of the company ceasing trading for any reason to access our gold is a sensible thing to do and was information that a lot here wanted to know!

Well for what it's worth I have been spreading the word of the app where I could and currently using it myself, also enjoying profits from it.

I can see people's point not wanting to give anything else to the company until it gives them their money back, but personally it's been free money using the app...

Though those are exceptions and you know that. Most LTH lose money on AIM and that's a fact.

As for trading, I did well enough to hit my targets and make what I set out to do when I wanted it by. I made good money trading this share one the many runs it had. While I'm no longer playing the game, I do have a SIPP I'm doing well with. Though I wouldn't hold any share long-term outside top flight Divi ones. Even then it can go wrong.

Just seems reading many boards here people become LTHs when they have no other option. Just observations and makes me smile.

Whatever people do everyone trying to make some money. Fair play to everyone for that.

Nobody holds AIM stock long term. Only those who have no choice through being locked in or so much underwater they can't sell.

I have spoken with tally support about who to go to in the event of Tally going bust, and was advised they are in process of finalising the information with their legal team before publishing it.

I did think it was something that should have been done before going live but never mind.

I have kept checking to see if it has been published but it hasn't. That and the auditor info needs to be made public.

CPs word certainly doesnt make me feel warm inside that I can gain access to the money in tally if tally ceases. This is why I won't drop sizable money here until it's clear who you can speak to in the worst case.

It may take longer to IPO. If that's the case then they have been lying in RNS as they claimed an pre IPO raise was underway in April.

They kick the can again and no IPO this year then quite frankly everything CP says can be dismissed as bull****

I got an email notifying me of this issue.

Was good to see them updating users in this manner than just keeping schtum like before.

I took it to be saying the IPO is way off due to the overarching message of delay and risk. He is basically saying "**** happens" and that things take time.

If an IPo was afoot then the tone of the email would be more upbeat imo.

Next RNS will show what's what, and I hope it's the IPO news we want and not further delays. Delays mean what I said earlier.

I must add here that if the next RNS does not contain a date for ipo then this BB must wake up to the fact that CP lies to us.

The previous RNS made it clear they were apparently already running a pre ipo, and thanked those who had took part already. Then MJ came on with this Freudian slip saying they were getting ready to pre ipo, then tried to backtrack and explain it away before leaving forever.

So no IPO news means it's all BS. And the company lie in RNS (not the first time either) you wouldn't be running a pre ipo for month and months with no idea of a date. But it's there In the RNS of April 18th

Watch this space. It's going to be interesting come month end either way I think.

I just hope they hadnt been planning on the grant being a cornerstone of anything.

Yes. The product can do very well and be quite disruptive if played right. No doubts.

However it will take years to hit the USA, as the company themselves said 2 years+ and however long to break into Europe etc.

I would like my money back before then tbh.

Relist then let the SP build with the company progress. Everyone wins.

When they allow international transfers out of tally, then that will be a huge turning point in the company. Massive feature that.

Have to agree with that. We are powerless and nothing we can do will change the outcome here either way.

That being said, people have the right to think and say what they want, and CP has had a reputation as a cowboy for years before joining Lion. Thus far he has and is proving it justified.

Sooner the better this comes back to market for all concerned. Let those out that want out and leave those who want to stay/add do that.

Only then will the BB reflect the tone some posters wish it too all the time!
