A relist doesn't just happen. If you *knew* you were going to list in May you would say that, and know where you were with the paperwork etc and when you will be submitting. As that's not the case, it isn't going to be May imo.

I suspect it will slide until later in the Summer. If they aren't nailed on with getting it done in May by now then I can't see it happening. They didn't even say the crowdfund would be happening this year, just it's being planned and will have news on it when ready.

And while blockchain hasn't been hacked there has been many hacks at exchanges, or trusted third parties, that have resulted in theft of bitcoin.

I'm of the theory that bitcoin is nothing but fluff and driven by the black market. It has no value.

I asked about what the deal was should the company fold and how would one recover their gold. This was as an the time I was speaking with my folks who were considering dropping a large sum (for them) into tally, but I held them off until I knew more and felt better about it.

As it stood I told them not to bother as I didn't want to give them a green light to something that I didn't feel comfortable with, which I didn't and don't until this details are released. Until they are clear i treat it as a speculation share, and wouldn't put more than I'm comfortable using.

So seems legal have been working on this trustee doc for a long time.

Though for what it's worth I emailed the company back in June about this, and Kris told me then they were waiting on legal to be sorted before releasing info.

Hopefully they now have it nailed down.

There is a chap in the community page who is in exactly that position regarding glint.

He also asked for clarity on the safeguard trustee, to be met with silence like everyone else on the thread asking.

It's bad publicity ignoring these questions, as of there really is a facility in place, then why not state who runs it? It's not going to give any competition and advantage FFS.

Tally need to build trust as let's face it, from the whole suspension and delisting they have anything but trust. Hope is all people have in the company. That and faith.

CP mentioned in an interview that KPGM (I think) was the auditor, but this has yet to be put into T&C and any audits published. I come from a security compliance background, and things like this secret squirrel lack of transparency really grinds my gears. It needs to be public.

I asked the question about who the trustee that is responsible for worst case scenario was too in the community page. It was ignored.

Not sure why they refuse to inform who the trustee is. It just comes across as shady. Details like that should be transparent and available to all.

I can't disagree with any of that. I'm hoping the next RNS and soon to come app update will kick-start things.

Though I'm also of a mind the RNS will shift the relist back, as don't think they will be getting the crowdfund done this year. Unless they are planning to just IPO?

Most investors that don't post here won't even know about the new community. They only emailed people who had been in touch previously, and then missed some people out who had to prove it again they held. Like myself.

If the company aren't reaching out to all holders via an RNS telling them about it, then most won't know.

I think it's more that the tally community is more for Q&A and suggestions for the company that general chat.

This forum will still have a place imo.

If any CEO wishes to do podcasts they would be better off doing it with neutral parties, or those who do not declare or talk their holdings. Sharetalk are decent as they do not then talk their book about who they hold and why etc, just have people on to discuss their company and thats it.

There are others but that was first to mind. JW et all best avoided - your only helping them make money at your expense. They have bought into companies well before they start talking about them and are selling out while advising you to buy.
