Agree about moving away from blockchain. Said it at the time that blockchain would likely put punters off. That article seems to agree with that point also. So going with railsbank was a good move.

Our usp is as mentioned the transfer of wealth and also fx fees, but that has also been taken up by others as of late.

While I doubt we will see heady SP on relist I do feel that it will be above the lowest price paid for warrants during suspension. Was it 1.5p? MJ etc will want a return on their money so I would hope for at least 2p a share.

Still going to leave pretty much everyone underwater though apart from those who got (and will get in the PreIPO) cheap shares.

Be interesting to see what the next raise is done at. Another low ball figure and you can pretty much tell its going to come back low.

100% agree. Unless the world has gone into recession I'm not interested in any excuse why they couldn't get a listing away.

Well chances are we will get one, but don't think it's going to set your world in fire. The contents will just be about the registration for the crowdfund starting and pre ipo due December.

Better would be to use an appropriate "influencer" as much as I hate what they are about it could pay dividends to get the word out to a very focussed community if an appropriate fintech one used

I'm assuming they mean pre ipo as in fundraise to "sophisticated investors" as they put it for cheap shares in exchange for money to be put toward the IPO. These people will want to flip for profit quickly I would think.

The crowdfund will likely be used as working capital. To my knowledge partaking in the seedr funding you can only sell your stake back to seedr with them taking a 7.5% cut out of the sale (steep if ask me) so any equity given away on seedr won't hit the market properly after IPO as it seems to all be dealt with in house? That's my take on it anyhow.

It said they are still planning on it in May next year. Got pre ipo in Dec and crowdfund in Jan.
