I said it ages ago like that Apple. Let the people sell who want to with a listing. So what if it comes back valued lower than it closed. It shouldn't really, but if that's what it gets valued at that's what it's worth. Then the SP will rise with any added value the company can manage.

They don't want it listed for whatever reason though. They would have done it by now. All this talk of waiting for value is *******s. As if it doesn't take off we aren't coming back, just like in the other post. It's now dependant on earnings. I don't trust this BOD to-be able to deliver value. Rather they list and let folk out if they want out. Even if it came back at 0.5p it would give people a choice. Choice to sell or hold if they think it will improve.

CP is a cowboy. And I don't trust him. He is just showing his ineptitude with every failed target.

Whenever I hear CP speak or read his words he always reminds me of those smarmy sales folk that go on the apprentice. You know the ones. All talk and big egos.

All this has been mentioned to them directly over on the community page. For whatever reason they are ignoring it.

Can't fathom what they are playing at tbh. They say they are waiting for things to happen, right time etc. It's up to them to make the time right, not wait for it to happen.

QA at weekend needs to include crowdfund details ideally. Just what have they been playing at?

I just don't want to add anymore on ifs maybes and wishes. If something amazing like that occurs then I will get the rewards based on my investment already. If they don't then I won't lose any more than I have.

Well I can say I won't be putting any further money into the crowdfund or IPO. No interest in that at all. I use tally, as I see it's benefits, but have zero interest in investing more into the business

Dilution is inevitable. Wether in the crowdfund or IPO, we will be diluted.

At this stage I would rather be diluted and get something back however. Right now we have 100% of nothing locked away here. May as well be monopoly money as it can't be used for anything but looking at!

There seems to be nothing behind it. Where is the god damn crowdfund? Was that not just waiting on app 2 launch? What are they/have they been doing?

Does all work stop to wait for something to happen? Did they not work on the crowdfund while waiting for app 2?

This company has form for just being opaque and making a lot of noise and not much to show. Crowdfund was apparently ready to register in Dec, but of course app was delayed. So why the hell didn't it kick off asap after launch?

What they waiting for now? 12 months app2 stats?

I just feel we will always be waiting for "one more thing first" we already know they suffer scope creep horribly.

As for this QA session, it will be more fluff and waffle. Only solid dates are what's needed. Crowdfund, ipo. Bang bang.

They SXX holders need to vote down the deal. Break the company. It's shocking how they have been treated. I would rather the company to bust than accept that paltry offer. At least the CEO CF loses his shares in a bankruptcy and so he should. He walks away smiling from the deal!

It's less to do with the app and more to do with the MasterCard network and/or api they are using.

BB, I get what your saying but the reality is they will carry on regardless. The big boys won't give a **** about some PIs losing their money, they are all in it together. How many failed AIM CEO keep on appearing with new companies?Dave Lenigas is one example.

Only difference is those stung stay away from companies led by those people, but there are many new mugs entering the markets every day who don't know better.

Either way I won't be investing in any CP ventures going forth, knew he was a cowboy before all this, which is why I just traded here with no intention to hold long term. Just didn't see him being so inept as to cause a delisting! At worst I suspected he would just crash the SP then move on.

Anyhow all we can do is see what occurs here. Can't see them surviving without an IPO to keep accessing funds, as they won't make it by themselves long enough to become established. Just worry that CPs ego will keep him looking to the horizon of what if instead of just sorting things out as they are now. Longer they leave it we won't have any added value, we will lose value as the small amount of users *shareholders I should say* get fed up and stop using it, shrinking their income.

They are fast approaching an inflection point. Hope they see that.

I think they are still hoping for organic, viral, growth. That was their whole marketing plan before.

Guess they don't know where to go next as that didn't work. Guess social media isn't all that after all....
