Did you read the same descriptions as me? How do you work out we have experts in all those fields? The majority of them have only really held this role in tally that they are supposed expert in!

I can claim to be an SEO expert and google analytic expert too. I once promoted a business I ran and got my company to appear first in Google. Am I a marketing executive now??

Unfortunately difference is when footballers move from club to club they are still professional players! You don't get a chef, hairdresser and bouncer suddenly turning up on Saturday to kick the ball about! Not would any club just decide to let them try out. You have to have experience.

So far we have had zero results. And this is with the staff they have. Maybe a new approach needed?

We need experienced people who have track record in marketing and market penetration. We dont.

I would advise everyone to go on Linkedin and read the history of the people employed in various positions.

Without being disrespectful I feel tally are employing the wrong people in the wrong jobs. Look at the linked in list.

They are all graduates it seems. Big ideas and fancy words with no experience. And it's showing tbf. Guess they are paying peanuts?

Tally needs experienced folk to drive this if it's to succeed.

All I can say if we do get a "liquidity event" people would be mad to not sell up.

The community forum isn't worth much at all. As you say they ignore questions completely and censor things they don't like being said.

A blog would be great as you said detailing work being carried out etc. Would keep people engaged.

As it stands I think the coming RNS will be along the lines of "delay to crowdfund due to challenging market conditions/virus. IPO still on track (lol) for the year end of conditions improve"

Before 2008 no way could I have got a loan at 3% lol. It would have been about 8% from memory. Maybe more tbh. So we are all enjoying low credit rates.

Gotta admit I don't hold any shares now. All been split between gold and bitcoin. Hoping they come good in the downturn we are heading into.

Well if that comes to pass the Apple, best get buying gold hadn't we? ;-)

If they carry out a pre ipo raise, is it possible to transfer currently held shares instead of issuing new ones? If so I would be more than happy to return mine to the company and get my money back.

Not sure if this is possible as not been in this situation before, but can't see why not? Saves dilution for everyone else if they can just resell existing shares from willing holders?

Perhaps the liquidity event CP was talking about was actually liquidation of the company lol

Really can't understand why. They have very little users and word out there!

Must admit the secret removal of the 200 tally referral bonus is a poor decision. It really is like the don't want to grow at all!

Guess they spent all the referral money on new chairs for their new office.

Parry hasn't been a let down. He has been exactly as he always is. Underwhelming. Reason there is no VC cash is they likely wouldn't touch him with a badge pole. He has had a cowboy reputation for years, and a string of dissolved companies in his wake.
