I'd say more chance of it being Q2 24 and not before. Don't forget the city sleeps in Q3 apparently then it's Christmas, then new year and winter, so nobody will be interested in IPO until spring lol

I took it that they are struggling financially? Things not getting paid etc? I took it to be they are in distress, so going to the wall.

I see the bit about the company looking to buy, but of the are in distress it will be sold for pennies in the pound.

Hmm. So if Railsbank is going up the wall the shares tally hold in them will be worth nothing to little.

Hopefully we weren't relying on them too much for the valuation

The longer this drags on the less likely anything coming of it. Hope was here early this year but it's been pi££ed on now.

This needs to come back on AIM if the 30m is problematic for them. At least they are showing willing doing this, but the lack of willingness to AIM us is stinking like it's a fairytale all round.

The article stated there was one 1 billion dollar IPO since Jan this year with a well known established business. However in 2022 there has only been 7 billion raised via IPO including that billion dollar one. In 2021 there were IPO of over 110 billion dollars.

Shows appetite isn't there.

But yes. 30 million should have been easy to achieve. Considering Parry runs first equity. Surely he could IPO himself?
