Anyway, I always feel that the announcement generally is where the sp takes a dive, rather than the 'coming onto the market' date. My guess that others will soak up the shares here causing the current pause in the rise. Come next week and further news then this will push on and new buyers will be rewarded.
On a separate issue, if the CEO is right about the flexibility of use of our product then the big boys will snaffle this up in short order before it gets too far into the £'s

ii's would be a little miffed eh dryland? Usually 'news' is manipulated between such a capital raise announcement to keep the sp steady and before the GM. But developments have carried the sp along in the surge for urgent action on testing.

Sleepydave…..can you explain how they could forward sell shares not yet allocated, particularly if the allocation does not happen? Would they have to buy the shares on the open market to cover their 'borrowing'?

Significant shareholders on the website total just short of 50%, so even assuming they are all participating, getting the resolution passed may be difficult getting passed. If the board have no authority outside the meeting then 'ultra vires' comes to mind?

The outcome of the arbitration still is not totally clear...… ok if we have 1%, where is this? What consideration has been given to the tax owed by GG to FRR? Any consideration of the political interference? Has all the 'conversations' between US officials actually left the company with a small something ( with reasonable value )? We must still own the data and knowledge of well performance? With our 1%, has that now been extended beyond 2022 say for 25 years? Zaza must now communicate!

Haven't filled up with petrol for over a month now, as I'm sure is the case for many. The wheels have to start turning soon, with the risk of a second wave sweeping the world. What percentage of the population will have had it? 20%, 30%, 50%.....we won't find out till an effective antibody test is introduced. I just think that with the growing pressures on governments, things will soon be relaxed but with a different world. More caution in public places, less travel and more working from home. As CC says we are due a reset.

Takes a while to scan through the report, but if $15 billion per month is the revenue just for the US then that is massive! Each country will be developing their own tests, hopefully sharing the learning and making the world a safer place. Let's hope AVCT get a good share of this. In here not just for the COVID 19 test but also for the other opps!
