Traded separately? A TUI share is a TUI share. There isn't separate classes. You might think this because it is shown separately in you account and showing a different share price. Look closely though, add the lower share price plus the purchase price of the right, the resultant figure is the current share price. Dont believe every post predicting further dilution. Too late. It was already diluted on ex rights day. The won't be any further sp adjustment in relation to the rights issue.

Snsetalka, there is nothing from stopping traders to forward sell they existing holdings. In fact they have already done so. There isn't going to be any surprises on the 29th. There isn't going to be a great dumping of shares. You don't seem to understand the concept of this rights issue, at all. I don't even understand the point of your interest of this board unless you are currently shorting the stock, in which case you must be really disappointed that we have been rising everyday last week. Aspers you really are like a broken record. There is no dilution and the ri shares have been factored in last Thursday. Today we rose 4%. Keep waiting for your £2.50 I suspect you will be waiting forever.

Aspers, I am not holding back, because I already know that there wont be a wall of shares hitting the market. I know that, because they have already hit, last Thursday. Therefore I already know what the diluted share price WAS. It was 350p we hit on Friday.
Those now waiting for dilution, are missing out on the rise currently taking place.

As to the 29th of January, I must say I have no idea.
But ask yourself if we would be up 4% if folks expected any significant Downside due to the ri?

Because the ri shares are factored in, ever since ex rights day. The shares have already "hit the market" if you will. As you say some people are already selling some of their rights now. Clearly more are buying though!
The only reason for the sp to drop is if the covid situation worsens.

The £2.5 doesn't include the purchase price. The true value is the current share price. Some people are underwater on this share and sell them to get even. I have kept them, will be paying the £1 purchase price to gain share valued the current price which significantly lowers my average. Now holding on for the recovery. Lots of buys today. Don't you think they would be daft if it dropped to £2 lol.

The new shares where priced in on ex right day last Friday. There is no further adjustment for any shares "hitting the market" if you are waiting for £2, then only because you think the covid situation gets much worse and the vaccines won't work.
Meanwhile I am betting on a strong recovery with TUI. Took my rights and will keep them for the long run. Its a strong business when restrictions will lift.
