Johnny, amongst friend and neighbors, I have not seen anyone give up on their holidays, let alone seriously struggle with the higher prices.
I think its a load of unnecessary whining and wingding going on in the media. The majority have received pay rises to suit, which is partially making the inflation worse. The inflation is there because we have not stopped consuming - despite the higher prices.

I sell my holding, at say £6.20 and by the right for £5, I now have one share and £1.20 left over.

This works particularly well where you can see the current SP drop, because you lock in the current SP.

This really wont help for very long. Unfortunately OCDO is still writing big losses and little prospect of turning the corner anytime soon.
Yes, there will be short-lived optimism but ultimately OCDO is still not profitable.

I think in simple terms the value of the debt will no longer be on TUI's books.
So the net value of the company has increased.
This is why, theoretically at least in my mind, this RI is a zero sum game.

I was going to get interested when this starts with a 3, but now I think it's heading to sub £3. Can't go on much longer making losses year in and year out.

They will make sure there won't be anything left to distributed. Shareholders always get shafted

Worse over 2 years.
The only way you could be in the money still is if you trade, short, or bought some time before April 2020 before the big pump.

This is just dropping, dropping and then dropping some more.
People here need to get real. There is no catalyst for this ever to go up.
