I can't disagree with you, Passiton. If no solid developments by the end of the year, I will probably sell up and move on. His interviews are quite convincing and I am holding hope for a serious rerate. As in 10-30 bagger in the short-medium term. This is a completely binary gamble. Yep the interview a month ago is definitely worth a view. It makes sense for the license renewal to coincide with the rig contract and as close to the spud as possible. Who knows, it might land tomorrow 🤔

Hi Dicko, yes I know he stated the below 6 weeks ago. I assume this is what you are basing that on, on not any other information. I continue to wait and hold after averaging down to 0.04 but this is frustrating

I had hoped we would already be able to announce the rig contract for NJOM-3 by the end of this quarter, however, we are currently at a very advanced stage of negotiations on the rig contract and so we hope this will be concluded soon.

What’s going on? What value are you bringing to shareholders? How long can we expect to wait? Can you provide some realistic timescales here? Ive not been invested as long as many but I’ve seen 4-5 years of soon, very advanced stage etc!!

He certainly implies imminent! JA's definition of soon could be measured in months and years based on previous communications. Alas, I continue to hold!

So… in summary, in Cameroon, rig contract is at very advanced stage but is dependent on license extension. Farm out talks are at advanced stage and dependent on rig contract. Spud in H1 24. Hopefully we get about license extension asap and then everything else will fall into place reasonably quickly after. After all, JA has had an age to line up all his ducks!!
