It’s painful now without the benefit of hindsight. But maybe in a few weeks we will in hindsight all be tipping our hats to a very shrewd Zaza who has released us from the parasitic grip that was dragging our company down. I have to stay positive as there is nothing we can do, all locked in, and I can’t think about the alternative. With everything I know right now, I would rather have a long position than a short that’s for sure. Happy new year all.

Hope so Arsenal. At the moment we are completely dominated by court case (which we brought) and suspension due to NOMAD resigning. Unfortunately all the other AWESOME operatinional developments such as funding and majors have become background noise. I am hopeful they can replace NOMAD quickly (suggestions of WHI spiked good!!) so in my mind it is all about the court case getting settled so I don’t want to come out of suspension until that is sorted. To state the obvious!! I trust Zaza knows wtf he is doing!!

So let’s just assume that both Hope and lawyers see this as a losing case for them, but have submitted a defence however weak. Case is then listed in Jan for sometime in near future, say April. How long will Hope (to piss off FRR) and lawyers (to maximise billables) want to drag this out. We could have a case of new NOMAD in next couple of weeks, but no OOCS for a few months? That is my main worry and sp drifts in the meantime. Unless of course we have some major developments with funding, BP and BHGE in the meantime! A lot of news coming, and I would assume all bad for shorters. Like all holders, I want this settled yesterday!!!

Honestly how can they possibly defend the indefensible. FRR defaulting is certainly not a defence considering it was not only preceded by but caused by Hope’s neglect of his fiduciary duties. I wonder if they have settled already? Wouldn’t be surprised if majors are completely in the loop on all events concerning H/OR and have even provided some legal assistance. The desperation of shorters whilst we are suspended tells me everything I need to know about where this is heading. They are pooing their panties. GLA

Thanks Lub. Well I for one will be very happy if we can get an OOCS before NOMAD, even if we stay suspended for a few weeks. I am annoyed as in a drunken pre-Xmas moment I ‘squirrelled’ more than I could afford into here just before the suspension, and was planning to take it out... so I now have a small cash flow problem. Still there is the upside of suspension while this all gets sorted. Feeling very positive today! Thanks for all the great posts!!

Am I right in thinking we may have settled already for example but we won’t be able to release any news without a NOMAD? So the next RNS will have to be announcement of new NOMAD and any other material news that is also ready to release? Thanks
