I would delay NOMAD signing as long as possible without delisting. He may already have one lined up, dd completed by all parties, but will sign when convenient for Zaza without breaching any AIM deadlines. You are more likely
To then coincide coming out of suspension with some BOOMAGE news.

If a director was blatantly trying to sabotage the company then I would be keeping him out of the loop too!!

I am strangely calm based on the below assumptions:
1. Zaza is aware of the deadline to appoint Nomad and is doing everything in his power to get one appointed ASAP
2. He is also aware of of how to obtain an extension should this move beyond the 24th
3. 30 days is deemed a reasonable period of time in order to appoint a new Nomad and for due diligence
4. Zaza is aware of ramifications for shareholders if he fails to appoint Nomad
5. There is a sense of urgency to appoint a new Nomad, but not to come out of suspension. This would be better to coincide with other positive developments
6. Other developments, and progression of these, ie NY funding, may impact on the negotiations with Hope/Outrider, and so I am happy to have complete radio silence on these things until CC is settled.
7. Both Zaza and SN are heavily invested and I believe their interests are aligned with shareholders

Well, we now have a very good chance of this being wrapped up this week now. Quicker than I thought! Followed by funding and then NOMAD would be the dream. Feeling positive! Imo

It very well could be a perfect storm

I genuinely think we will absolutely fly once we have sorted court case, funding, BP and BH and NOMAD. Multiple pence in a short space of time. If we can appoint a NOMAD this month, and especially if it is WHI, then the suspension will have been a massive blessing! It has bought us time to make progress on other fronts. Bye bye shorters!!

I hope you’re wrong and the OOCS coincides with NOMAD appointment. If Hope realises he has a weak hand, then all the lawyer fees incurred preparing for a trial will still cost him a fortune. He would be better to cut his losses and cut a deal now!

If we can get as much news out before NOMAD announced bedore 24th, that would be a complete result. Ie funding, OOCS and JV. One can hope and dream
