I agree Timster! You read FRR's argument for TRO and you think, naughty Hope is fked! You then read Hope's response and you think, oh no,we are fked!! They both have good lawyers capable of very capable arguments which seem like game, set match when read on their own. But there are 2 sides to every story and it is for the judge to decide whether or not FRR should have benefit of doubt. Pray we he does!!

I have no doubt that both parties have been up to some fairly dodgy ****. Frr don't want to lose the asset and Hope doesn't want his dirty laundry aired in open court in Cali. There are faults on both sides and both have a lot to lose. I HOPE that common sense will still prevail and this will setlle OOC before they walk in to court in August. It might mean that Zaza has to eat humble pie and meet Hope on his side of the halfway line!

Gipps, I hope you are right. This really is 5h!t or bust. Lose the asset to Hope and Outrider and I lose tens of thousands of pounds in my sipp and ISA, or settle out of court/win case and tie up deals with BH and BP, secure Durham loan (if it hasn't been secured already, which I doubt as the asset it will be secured against is in jeopardy?) and relist at multiple pennies/dividend payout if we remain private, and be rolling in it! I am almost at the stage where I would rather lose my money for the sake of closure, than have it drag on another 3-6 months and have a windfall. It would be over! How fked up is that??!! back to work now but well done to all those sharing information and keeping the spirits up. We deserve to win here!

Now I think summer pre-Cali trial. But maybe longer. Will we ever get our money back? Will we hear anything from the company? What is happening on the ground? I know many have written this off in their heads but I have not been able to do this. Just so annoyed. Sorry for the rant. I would like to say I feel better now, but I don’t. If I was BP I would be funding this litigation to ensure FRR win and retain the license, and the cost recovery pool. If BP have their eye on this asset, which of course they do, losing the asset to GG doesn't help BP or FRR if they can't get their $400m back, or whatever the current figure is. A heavyweight like BP would get that money back and that would alone give us more than 2p on the sp if we ever relist. All very intriguing bwtfdik. How on earth are FRR funding all of this - ops, YA payments, litigation etc..... interesting times
