Yes they're wheeling out all the one liners on that one. CAKE has performed really well but it looks a bit like someone is either incompetent or has been nicking from the till so to speak.
Hope it all turns out alright eventually as I have a few.

Yesterday was lots of small auto sells and then chunky buys @34p ish
We reached the rights issue price (21p) plus nil paid value (12.4p) yesterday. So you could buy peoples nil paids then buy rights for the same price as the shares trade. = parity, should be the bottom. Also tanker on its way to Kraken meaning production should be up a bit ( after being down a bit last month )

Not sure what caused the drop but I think the shorters took advantage to close out a few shorts which caused quite the rally.

I do get that and I am fully on board with solar panels and renewable energy. I am certain that 2 ton lelectric luxury SUVs have got nothing to do with and saving the planet. The problem is rampant consumerism and to solve said problem they are proposing a different type of rampant consumerism.
Do Lloyds have much exposure to auto loans ?

Its all BS I'm afraid the only 'green' transport is a bicycle. There are not enough Rare Earth Minerals on the planet for everyone to switch to electric cars. There is also not enough electricity generation capacity and the grid needs to be upgraded, requiring more copper, mining and oil to do so.
In terms of energy it takes 3/4s of a barrel of oil to produce one solar panel. How many barrels to produce a 2 ton electric SUV, then a new battery for it every 8 years ?

Lots of bargains out there today.. I just need some more cash.

Thats where your analysis and mine completely differ. The oil age as you put it will not end as there is currently NO viable alternative for transportation, medical and petrochemicals. So you think coal is currently worthless ? and Venezuuea, Iran, and Iraqs oil will in time also be worthless ? The stone age has absolutely nothing to do with the oil age what so ever.

Pre rights price was up in the 40s, and Brent was $81.4 to $83.7
The rights issue increases the value of the company as they have bought an asset and increased reserves.
Theres also shorts who need to repay the original shares they borrowed + the 3 rights issue shares if they want to close.

Yes so we can pollute with coal and gas instead.
But you are correct higher oil prices are good for the environment and it needs to be a lot higher to slow down its usage.
