Why do Phoenix Capital like DTY so much.
They have been increasing since the first drop from £20 now holding 14.4% of company at by my reckoning at least £61million.

A few things have happened in that week perhaps you missed it.

I have an idea why not make London a City State, The City of London already has its own rules so we are part the way there.
London can be in the EU as we voted for that and the rest of the country can leave.

There is a lot of trade over the border unchecked because both sides are currently in the Customs Union.
A lot of Polish have gone back due to the weak pound and strong economy in Poland. Besides this country would be better with more Polish as they are good moralistic hard working people.
