Sounds like there will be a one off special then they will re-assess. Does anyone think if Brent remains below $75 they will start paying dividends ?

The shorters are in control we should be up more than TLW due to lower Mcap alone we should move quicker. Not sure why Enquest is also struggling as there are A LOT less shorts on that.

I've already mentioned but it May 2017 the oil price was ranging between $48.95-$52.61 ( Brent ) it had also been down to $27. Fast forward to Feb 18 and Brent has been $86 and is currently just over $63 and rising. With Big oil companies reporting record profits across the board. So the landscape then and now are worlds apart.

Over bought ? Brent was over $83 just 4 months ago !

Looks like Oil could break out of its range this week which would no doubt help sentiment here.

Goldman buy a tiny amount having previously sold a tiny amount CFDs remain through out. I find it hard to believe there is a trader working there who has the time or the inclination to be buying and selling such tiny amounts. Which means there must be another plan in force, could be a take over approach coming after they have reset the 200 DMA to a silly level.

Not sure where you've traveled but 'police state' we must have some of the softest police in the world, suspended sentences 8 years is life on good behaviour TVs in prison cells etc etc.

A modest R.I. with immediate or backdated entitlement date will hurt the shorters and boost the share price all in my humble opinion of course.
