Seaflat, you’re commenting that the core technology in the eye of the regulators is a wrong idea?
Fact is the core technology of DMG, doesn’t exist within the regulatory framework therefore without regulation the DMG system cannot be operational and this what I had brought to this BB, months and months ago and many here tried to deny!
The moment DMG, was classified to be a form of pyrolysis rather than strict keeping it to demolecularization was going to have trouble. Management believed that they could make fit the technology from utilisation of existing technology only then attain was huge opposition to pyrolysis based upon fact that pyrolysis is incineration!
This opposition is already in Eu, law. How on earth HUI, going to negotiate compliance? Perhaps this a reason they were given PHE, intellectual property try then rebrand?
The current way forward PHE, have zero chance ever getting DMG, into Scotland. I guarantee that the Scottish Green Party won’t have DMG, in Scotland and will view the technology no matter the description mere encouragement to facilitate non recyclable plastics.
I write the above and very glad to be proven wrong.
PHE, got permission to operate a DMG? Obviously it hasn’t. I’m months and months ahead of the game we couldn’t be commercial 2023.
The Pally stan government or the alternative unofficial local Bally stan government? I assure the latter won’t be helping any foreigner ;)
This is what I was banging on about months and months ago, now the company admit that waste disposal by heat is seen to be incineration. And that the viewpoint I held and public brought here to the usual ill informed is correct.
I serious don’t believe the Scottish Greens ever approve the process nor will the Eu. The technology is better served in some far away less regulated country.
From Nov 3rd
British firm Sound Energy has announced that it is extending negotiations with Morocco’s largest bank over a $206 million deal for the Grand Tendrara and Anoual exploration permits.
The London-headquartered company, which has a wholly owned subsidiary in Morocco, has until December 15 this year to agree terms of a financing agreement with Attijariwafa Bank...
Long article and worth a read.

Good point, far most can conclude there is nothing? The prototype hasn’t been seen functional from the open day Chester, all those years ago… Seen not one minute of any activity related testing different non recyclable plastic, anyone seen a boffin at work? There is a lot PHE, could do to quell fears and promote the technology. Anyone film using a camera phone.
PHE, confirm they are turfed out of University of Chester, no date given? No detail on the move except that we all know they need premises and the Protos site isn’t listed as one although own 50% SPV? Surely that would qualify the site rather than dreaming about another site that Protos could be and Protos, would in part be commercial? No one is going to buy unless the data is backed up by practical.
All in all PHE, require 50% of Protos and 100% of the funds build this innovation centre. Bonkers dreamers nothing adds up and nothing has added up several years now and the number of CEOs is an even bigger clue.
What reason is inatsikap a blocked word?
This rumour as it is rumour I cannot find repeated elsewhere? Certainly if the rumour was to move into actual reality Malcy’s Blog, compulsory that he carry the story?
Must admit did add interest to a day. And if pans out to be true then most certainly high risk, sky high reward. ****stani Government if they are throwing open the area won’t mess about with permits they won’t want a single second delay.
That area is absolutely chock rich resources. Parsons is the man to go in and release those assets for Coro and ****stan. Time will tell.
That is great news.
Anyone ever met a big shareholder who said anyone except positive news is the future? Billion quid and the historical data does rather conflict.
Maybe by the time we obtain the genuine facts the development costs to be a billion quid? No guarantee the billion be from income except by way shareholders.
What is going on.
Nobody outside the inner circle is aware of what is going on, or off. Been milking this final development stage two years? Throwing money out to another colony/company splitting the original potential income further.
They are setting themselves up to expire both companies.
The photo of plastic pipes hailed as a great leap forward was no more than what seen from YouTube and Mike's channel?
Seaflat (doubt he reads my posts) the initial problem was always hydrogen customers, so PHE was glad of Peel dragging their heels.
Now we have another financial crises and Local Authorities have not a bean to pay all these new hydrogen vehicles, etc.
The whole situation is dire and we all know the situation isn’t going to improve. I suspect the grant monies dry up all going to the Ukraine war.
Peel will want customers to sell the hydrogen into and where are these customers? DMG, will need to slug it out with existing hydrogen customers and I view the excuse of a more expensive and less economical hydrogen plant the excuse to create further delays?
Seen the Twitter photos of a few plastic pipes in a hole in the ground. Comedy of errors. No SPV 50/50, nothing of any substance at the AGM, surprised was rail track built I would believe that this share is a gravy train.
There is no finance to build the warehouse. PHE, have ran off to University of Manchester to develop the hydrogen side of the project.
The service ducts won’t be exclusive to PHE?
Peel won’t even stump up the cash to build the warehouse for their own 50/50 project. I have to laugh, I wondered reason they hadn’t withdrawn the project from their investment page. Now there is a clue and an answer.
Only the most hardened of fanboys will be out on this BB, today. Watch out those blinkers ones maybe run you over.
Anytime, in your own time Peel, spend the money to build the warehouse no one is in a hurry.
“The fertilizer company announced that it will stop using natural freshwater resources in its fertilizer production beginning this year.”

The gov know what they want they made that clear they want this mine built or Kore Potash find another role somewhere else on this earth.
If they want to give gifts to locals then pay the local management a better than requested wage and allow them to handle the situation on a personal basis.
This situation has arisen based upon the previous RNS of continued no specific data. The company could be just wasting time or being unreasonable for whatever reason. The latter the gov does appear to conclude?
There are possibly two view points from this RNS.
1) China took the huff and made a phone call? Who needs Kore Potash, when in the background a genuine offer to build does exist.
2) The RNS, is very encouraging the very fact at ministerial level they want this mine built? We have that evidence. The slow pace they view as to be almost criminal?
The areas that require discussion from the EPC submission that I do want the company to disclose.
Please, where are these no doubt, no risk stocks? This pattern a reason most avoid investing in stocks.
nafaneta, funny. Most of the posters here these days read as pumper on behalf of who that is, that be another question?
There is no way most listened those podcasts hosted by Zak Mir. The best way forward regardless of the pain is a PHE, share consolidation. Then a raise.
Step back folks and listen to what was said and whether was said absolute certainty from specifics. We are years into what was promised and what was promised a commercial designed DMG, ready to go to FOAK. Then what happened PHE, ran away or gave away their technology to another company they then raised millions of quid. And in that podcast a certain person is quoted to say never any money to fund a FOAK! Yet, he gave away million quid or approximate to fund this second company HUI!
Reap what you sow.
Be back under a penny soon.
Nought tangible in any of the interviews Alex talking about a maybe investor and HW, telling us about the past as he viewed that past.
The best thing PHE, could do is consolidate its shares and get the SP, up and then issue a bucket lot of more shares and keep enough to satisfy Peel and this SPV, if ever gets going.
And with the cash incorporate into an Eu, country and build DMG. However, without a FOAk, in the EU, there is no hope nor glory to gain all the necessary certification.
Bonkers that electric generation and hydrogen require two separate companies. When the original concept was one company, one machine capable of expanding into hydrogen.
Does appear that HUI, got the tech from PHE, and long term could easy run away that technology?
All these deliberate delays point towards technology that isn’t ready become commercial? I even doubt the technology exists? What did I view that day at Chester?
The whole situation is a headache, getting bigger by the day, nightmare situation.
Seaflat, if you bought 10m sub halve pence? I loaded up from a penny and then sub penny to see the sp rise. Although that was now many, many years ago.
Depends when you buy ten million shares could be insignificant amount of pounds.
This share is never going past ten pence without consolidation. From here or sub penny to five pence is a good profit.
The more mature the technology the more concerns are added. Maybe the waste mafia save the day? I suggest we all get our dark glasses ready. And if familiar any Violin or Viola bring a case, most people cannot tell the difference, both string people along :)
The concept the idea of taking non recyclable plastic will never get old. The scheme to pay people in Lidl vouchers returning plastic bottles these types of plastic are recyclable therefore not relevant.
And you’d only dump millions of shares based upon analysis the sp be going far lower than a penny. Possible. So is the sp going up just that PHE and Peel have told us they have no positive news to announce this year.
Maybe HUI, strike a deal some mafioso. We know how those types enjoy pure speculation of there bosses funds, after all if the management error what have they to lose? and
Solid businesses such as waste disposal these sectors have few risks they are not for those types at all not one bit.
