OCP appear have no water shortage and they keep pulling in the record funds this year record profit. There is surely a drop of water for EML in the pipeline?
Perhaps direct investment in water at the expense of overall profits or initial cost of mine only way forward?
https://www.moroccoworldnews.com/2023/11/359059/ocp-turnover-reaches-6-billion-as-of-september
A3 Highway nearby is a huge lake and river that flows under the highway? Surely investment long term water management could increase the storage capacity?
Far aware EML, will be paying to utilise any water? Therefore any of the wet stuff sold is at a profit to then reinvest in more water related things? Maybe pop over to Sound Energy’s water well the one they drilled to allow fracking then wells of all found gas. While they’re buy gas from their LNG plant.
The sp doesn’t communicate very well (pun) that be well (another pun) for the future this UK, investment?
Very fact never been there are missing an entire country.
Firstly, ideas that is a very good find.
I note the language “reenforcement” therefore its to bolster the existing supply. I also read “borehole” and perhaps reason any regional decision was always gong to be a nervous one? That and the project also a national infrastructure task.
EML, designed into the plant a method of catching rain water or volunteered to create somewhere a rain catchment system?
Condition EML brings a cash surplus to all Moroccans only be water positive long term.
All read very positive and time will tell
Stands to reason that been shifted up to national level water isn’t a regional matter. Water can be piped region to region, new infrastructure can be created to offset any usage. The taxes of workers can contribute to this longer term infrastructure investment.
People need to look beyond just a mine. EML, will probably leave behind several legacies include a new town. That in itself will draw more water.
Morocco is building more water storage their capacity is growing.
A place and more specific a Mine very familiar to someone at EML.
Apparently the deepest Mine in Europe.

Great to visit
@emmerson_plc
site in Khemisset today and hear about their plans to develop the first commercial potash mine in #Africa.
Look at the jobs figure. And people out there been writing the final permit may or won’t happen? The document is out from a drawer and moving towards a RNS announcement.
The £400m project will help create 2000 jobs, supporting Morocco's local economy!

People seen the bottom and the MMs, perhaps given us a correction, plus the buying helps readjust upwards.
Going to bang my head against a wall if the permit be delayed again basis of another few words or sentences.
Really cannot fathom where another delay could materialise from? Surely in the bag maximum three months after Ramadan?
Dry tailings stacked. Does add to the reality of just one of the engineering challenges that are available off the shelf from a specialist company. Good find Mat...
Isn’t news of the water issues being resolved news of the final permit issued? They are entwined? We have been told water is the final, final barrier and that only small adjustments were requirement to satisfy?
Bargain price, serious want raid the piggy bank, 100% profit from here on news is modest expectation.
Then manage the data stream and reply those specifics?
Should check the link I supplied. All aware that talking and writing poop HUI, gains zero grant aid. However, if your machine could handle municipalities poop and turn that to hydrogen grant aid already been given. Go figure what is actually the circular economy.
One billion quid/Euro where? Really want investment maybe try to be realistic? Start with a sellable machine. One billion, fantasy at this stage takes over. Dr. quack.
The good Dr, needs his antenna retuned. Rather odd are bothered about the writer.
I doubt Linde to design a system then hand it over to be built by another? The RNS, misleads. Linde should be mentioned.
Peel with permitting got on with job and there is no comparison between Peel and HUI. Mind will I laugh to compare the two. To even suggest comparison. lol
A definitive news article needs to be produced about how all be working together ? I include a schedule of development of the technology. Anyone read about the latter? All a great mystery.
They was/are and have they completed? The specifics of you don’t know and Sweco, they specialise in technical permitting. To presume only Environmental permitting that is completely wrong. Sweco, was brought into HUI, complete all the phases of permitting the planned first plant.
Main reason HUI, got a chance was that they hired the one stop shop to do the job. Now HUI, announce another partner while the previous appear remain on contract?
The latest news isn’t specific enough to gain certainty upon news, upon news that is then cancelled by other events. Ireland is the example. HUI, bought a slab of concrete, they spent hundreds of thousands quid, HUI threw money away. Simply cannot presume this company HUI.
The quote provided doesn’t I admit create any certainty on what, where, how the unnamed plant be located?
The Romgos Grupa deal they have agreed to build not Linde? Typical of those that should stay away from when mystery is created. If the RNS mentioned Linde, then the RNS didn’t mention and very dangerous to presume given previous RNSs. No definitive news issued that in all gives us a clear pathway. Should we expect HUI, now adopt the working pro type design of PHE? Maybe they did and we go back to EU compliance the certification necessary to operate, to sell units, and until a machine is built no projects are going anywhere. However, I do confirm that permits to build and install are a positive step but which company is involved?
NB. the permit is based upon the classification of the technology and it’s an incinerator like it or lump it. We await the permits if ever communicated to shareholders. A local mayor maybe prepared to grab a few headlines and ignore the Eu, statue. Give the project time and all to be revealed, the mayor to be blamed, nothing to do with HUI, we took the mayor in good faith, etc, etc, and now we require 100% private finance. Or give it a year some Greenie pops up to object parity Scottish project. Don’t mention Macbeth.
Maybe next-week be no more mention of PHE, at HUI, just to add to the internal madness of whoever is in charge?

SWECO Submits Environmental Impact Assessment for Hydrogen Utopia plastics to Hydrogen Plant in Konin, Poland
December 14, 2021
SWECO, one of Europe’s leading architecture and engineering consultancies has, in collaboration with Hydropolis United sp.z.o.o. (“Hydropolis”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Hydrogen Utopia International PLC (HUI), submitted an application for an Environmental Impact Assessment for a pioneering waste plastics to hydrogen plant in Konin, Poland.
Did all read that HUI, RNS? The local mayor declared the project within the definition of the circular economy and I hold an Email from the department in the Eu, the very one responsible for grant aid that is clearly in contradiction of this mayor. Eastern Eu, mayors many are not to be relied upon.
This is the latest story from HUI, they have given an appearance of a new route. No more Linde? No more Sweco? The permitting was suppose to be handled by Sweco?
HUI, one moment are in development of their own version DMG, going it alone, nect their getting funds from PHE, for 8ng PHE into JVs that then walk away from (Ireland). Then HUI, sign with a Polish company that they claim handle all the permits, will fund, and now PHE, pop up to tell us all they will be helping rather than charging HUI, consultancy and further subsiding HUI.
Who in the City could touch either companies the whole show is a shambles.
There are a few reasons. Strict to PHE only.
1) The waste product availability is narrower than before. PHE, been aware of forthcoming changes
2) The market to sell anything except electricity isn’t there.
3) No one wants to travel any serious distances to refuel their vehicles hydrogen
3.1) The market opportunities are very limited to sell hydrogen
4) Transportation of hydrogen gas or consumption by a gas network is very limited
5) DMG is classed to be incineration that is not a positive
5.1) Huge amount of regulation to conquer and perhaps to create. Scottish plan did not get very far.
6) No one or group is willing to drop the cash to build the first unit
7) PHE exclusive partner Peel, was most probably a resting place for time to stall progress
8) Missed the boat in terms raising finance from SP
9) The trail of past executives, CEOs, etc, makes the company repulsive plus history look back it’s not a beacon of faithfulness.
10) The giveaway of cash to HUI.PHE the gift that keeps on giving. Thanks HW.
11) Shareholder interference and previous mergers, giveaways, mergers gain back control
12) The rather shady or mysterious way HUI, ended up with PHE intellectual property yet pays nothing ?Sometimes it’s DMG, some days it’s ? We just don’t know perhaps again See 10)
13) Schedule after schedule broken and no certainty.
14) A previous CEO, walked away salary £5k a month.
I am sure maybe more to add
