48p would only be £48M cap without dilution - as we know CEO is planning to use revenues from Trinidad to fund the other projects. I don’t think anyone would bat an eyelid if the SP was already 48p given the 3 high impact projects close to infrastructure and lots of bread and butter from Trinidad. Stunning investment case here and all underpinned by very likely near term revenues from Trinidad. Chart for what it is worth seems well set to take another leg up

yes was in Tern for a couple of years. Lost faith in mgt. sold out completely when the SP finally motored towards 50p. Made a handsome profit and moved alot into UPL, and more recently Predator. Predator CEO is clearly hopeful of tying up vermilion as a partner for corrib south and reading press release from vermilion, they are looking to tie up a deal too with companies such as Predator. Could be one of those days to remember should that news land. As u say, Predator accelerating on-going discussions with potential partners in January. Preds still waiting for the full frontier licence from the Irish minister, as far as I know it should be a formality, but maybe CEO will wait for this formal award before announcing? Trinidad news updates cranking up in jan too, and CEO said monthly updates on flow rates etc once taps get turned on. Very exciting on those fronts and also now Morocco permit awarded and being worked on. Large potential there too. Far too much going on here for a tiddler £8M cap imo. :) I have a portfolio balance bias towards UPL because I built up a major stake pre 1.3p days over a year ago. Spare cash going forward is going in here to balance portfolio up somewhat

Cove II or better is the plan. The huge 2TCF Tunisia RNS 10mins before close the other day should have ALL investors sitting up. Anyone fully digesting the story here will find an incredibly compelling investment case.

Stunning RNS. Value to UPL? Obviously Incredibly hard say lots of cost variables per prospect (13 of em). Expect UPl to prioritise one or two first up maybe the 227 BCF in the Dekrila (or DK) structure? The Dekrila-1 well was drilled in 1955, discovered gas and flowed it to surface. So derisked a huge amount. Also maybe Bou Dabbous Flower estimated 813 BCF with poss oil play as surface oil seeps present. What I feel is fair to say about valuation is a hope and expectation value should be attributed to Tunisia, AND to Sarawak where we have a unique MoU with Brooke and are cherry picking SEVERAL prospects that will be significant and are well advanced. The current Market cap of £20M doesn’t cover all this low hanging fruit. I’d consider a value closer to £100M to be more apt. And a re-rate of several fold seems reasonable.

Very strong newsflow expected from Trinidad (Co2 EoR initiation) and Ireland (accelerating on-going discussions with partners (very likely vermilion)). I won’t be surprised to see this go on a multibagging run

Agree KUMs - what is absolutely clear from a re read of the last RNS is that there is a mutual desire between PRD and ‘partners’ (I think it safe to say Vermilion) to quickly tie up a deal for the exploration of both Corrib South and Ram Head. Ireland needs alternate sources of gas given the fast tailing off of flow from Corrib. And corrib south can tie back to existing corrib infrastructure with spare capacity. CEO says potential partners get the rationale 100%. PRD: “Accelerating on-going discussions in January” It takes at least two parties for a discussion. News of a tie up very likely.

KUMS - agreed. Horses for courses tho. Traders look for thier 10% by trying (usually miserably) in calling top and bottom, but good look to them. Investors like ourselves and our CEO 44% holding ( I don’t see him getting his pencils and ruler out to draw charts to squeeze a penny or two) look at the long term picture and can be dismissive of the daily ups and downs. The general direction of travel for investors is key, and here it is skyward. Respect for traders tho. More than one way to play the game. But I’ll follow the experienced management that have done it before and say they are going to do it again. And have invested longterm with a collective 55% holding.

The Company noted the recent announcement by the incoming operator of the Corrib gas field ("Corrib"), Vermilion, confirming the completion of the sale of Shell's 45% interest in Corrib for approximately $1.3billion to Nephin Energy Holdings Limited and the transfer of operatorship to Vermilion. Predator further noted the recent press article in the Irish Independent stating that Vermilion has outlined plans to expand the project and in addition that it would look to do deals with other oil and gas companies exploring in the waters around Corrib, either by allowing those companies to use Corrib Infrastructure to transport gas, or by buying stakes in those companies. The announcement validates Predator's business model in relation to focussing solely on gas in Ireland and only in those areas where gas production has already established offshore and onshore infrastructure. Predator therefore is accelerating its ongoing discussions with potential partners interested in the Company's Irish portfolio during January with a view to combining its assets in a substantive low risk drilling and re-entry programme in 2020 to target potentially material gas resources.
