Morning all. I share ur gut feeling too Hulty. Brads, Paul says Morocco is a very short term multi drilling opp thats very attractive for farm in partners so I can’t see an outright sale of that imminently. In fact I feel Paul has had his head turned big time by Morrocco (jaw dropping opportunity he said) and that in part at least imo, is why the BoD is considering letting longer term Ireland go.

Hi Brads. Re realising short term value on Ireland. I corrected my earlier post today from a ‘clean break sale price’ to ‘terms of sale’ because a shrewd move might be to have conditional riders in place going forward along similar lines in the Morocco RNS ‘in case of a big find a one off payment due of...’ (or similar) Either way Paul is a million % the man on the ball in knowing what’s best. He and we won’t be mugged.

Hi Hultiger/All. re M & A in Ireland, let’s not forget Paul’ nod and wink in drawing our attention in previous podcasts to Vermillion being very keen to expand beyond corrib. And let’s not forget RNS stating discussions to be accelerated in January with interested party(s) for Irish asset(s). Putting it all together with the for sale sign going up in the last podcast the bookies favourite is for a sale of Irish asset(s) to vermillion, discussions, as per previous instructions already largely done. In a nut shell: Vermillion want it. Predator have it. The only haggle is price.

Paul said the market hasn’t grasped the significance of the quick heritage endorsement. I guess we’re in before the crowd. Not a bad place to be!

Re expand Trinidad yes Paul says working on developing the Heritage relationship, worth noting Paul stated the prevalence of mature oilfields in Trinidad is now inherent in the wider Caribbean, so Co2 EOR could be a game changer for the whole region.

Defo Agree re strong update. And does sound like selling Ireland whole or part is under serious consideration/likely. As we know PRD got 2 assets in Ireland. I wonder if it’s one or both? Certainly Paul has previously stated either could be absolutely stellar. Current valuation at this relatively early stage? Can any of us guess? :/ I know I trust street wise Paul with his wealth of knowledge and wealth of money vested to get a very fair deal for all shareholders and for the well-being of the company going forward as a whole. Paul says doesn’t want PRD to be hanging around long term. Quite likely a cash rich PRD will fast track a much broader Morocco drilling programme? It’s all good and having the state owned Heritage so quickly backing PRD in Trinidad (with a month of presenting to them) as Paul says all sorts of possibilities could open up. Paul is driving this forward at an incredible pace. Wow.

Really is worth re-reading the Morocco RNS’s and making some notes. The shear scale and number of high impact opportunities Paul has brought to the table is nothing short of staggering. It makes me say wow. Defo my pick for ‘19

Happy days. Paul’s strategy is to go for the big one. whether it’s Trinidad or Morocco, or in Ireland with corrib south and ramhead. Quite stunning really given our tiny market cap and relatively new to the mkt.
