BBSN has to disclose all their investors, financial position etc whilst a takeover/merger is in progress. You'll get these Regulatory notices, 8.3 and 29 nearly every other day from now on. Interesting that BBSN has CLNs to be exercised by the 17th August '17 at 18p, and that Neil Woodford is a large investor.

There will be numerous RNS's from now on re takeovers/mergers as the Rule 8 etc are complied with. Still not a guarantee it will go ahead. Expected a better response of SP's from both parties, but as been said, may get digested and delayed.
