It is interesting that Peel Hunt and Zeus are forecasting very similar SP targets, although not it seems on the same basis. Does anyone know what period these targets cover eg is it usual for broker notes to specify a 12 month SP target? If so they seem a little ambitious at present.
Garonne, sometimes less is more, and your posts today illustrate that perfectly. People will see you name and automatically not bother reading.
Please try to be constructive and not the 5 year-old on the back seat asking repeatedly if we are there yet. Unless of course you are a 5 year-old.
Th e ExE sustainability report is disappointing from the AFC perspective. AFC is not mentioned before the partners section at the end, and then gets the same prominence as the company supplying the meat-free burgers. I really hope this is not a loss leader as we are not getting our money's worth.
My view is that ExE is now showcasing what I feel is obsolete AFC technology that no one in the real world wants. It may hence be working actively against us. If the hybrid system is now deployable, that is what should be there. Not some re-purposed shipping container.
You are right to say that is just my assumption Southernhay but I think it a fair one. The L has been available to lease or buy for a long time. We had a pipeline of 50. And how many commercial systems have we sold? It is big, cumbersome and inefficient compared to solid cells. People want the S. AFC told us so.
External factors are obviously relevant but at the end of the day everything rests on the solid cell. If it works and is economical then AFC has a very bright future. If not then AFC will cease to exist and any IP value will be tied up in Alkamem.....which has not had a stellar commercial career thus far. It really is an simple mas that.
Fortunately the (rather muted) noises coming out of AFC and from others appear positive.
Garmoan, you are just sore that you got in at such a high price and have lost money whereas many of us on here are still sitting on six figure profits. And have seen this all before.
When it collapsed to 4p I put £30k while the likes of you were moaning. It’s doing very nicely. I have added some more during this dip.
The only gamble here is if the solid cell works as required. If it does then happy days. Everything else at present is just market sentiment.
