Bit cheeky really just to run through the latest presentation which was released on 5th March. And in the middle of the day too. Don't they think that anyone goes to work?

It was opened at the wrong price. I was going to buy at 32.5p but from the bell it was 36.4p to buy so I didn't bother. It looks like no one else bothered either - or just a few took small punts. If it had opened at 32.5p there would have been a flurry of buying and it would probably be up around the 40p mark by now.

32.5% up at $1.15 - that's 45p equivalent - with 30 minutes to go to close.

US up over 20% now at 7pm GMT. Over 40p equivalent if it continues to closing.

What next? Hopefully, the long-overdue flow test results which 'hopefully' will be far more exciting!

Quite agree. Sheffield has invested at 3.623p so that should at least be the bottom price here. A podcast would be welcome to get things moving.

This board is full of dodgy LTH's who would do absolutely anything to get the share price to rise. No tactic is dirty enough or sad enough in my opinion. But then without all the constant ramping, the share price would have been sub 2p a long time ago. Then it would rise when there is good news and not on all this turgid posting with these ridiculous headings.

Beacon Energy didn't seem to have too much trouble accessing the Sandjet equipment and mobilising it to their site (in Germany). Not that it worked but at least they tried within a sensible time limit.

I agree. They would be very wise to get the funding out of the way now. What price? 4p or less I would reckon.

There will always be reasons for a pro and always for a con. Why can't you just let my opinion stand without insulting me? That says something about their way of thinking. Are you clear in your thinking? Is it unusual for a government to knowingly express information or views that it will not follow? Do governments lie? Do governments appease? I think it's not an economic decision but a psychological one. Is the stubbornness lessening? Are economic constraints enough to dissuade stubborn people from their stance? You can see all over the world that people continue to do stupid things against their better judgment. So where is the change in the leadership of Bangladesh? Individual statements? Read everything once without any fixed ideas. You see that in every article there is a...coal is not good, renewable energy, gas subsidies.... Where do you see the government's clear commitment to building this coal mine? Where do you see the clear statements from the government, we are considering Phulbari.... We are changing our opinion... and there have already been many opportunities to sell the change in one's opinion from being against Phulbari to being for Phulbari to the people. Wouldn't you immediately sell the hijacking of the ship to the people as a reason why they now need coal from Phulbari? In the national interest? Do you think the government is so stupid that it wouldn't take advantage of the opportunity...if they see Phulbari as the only alternative?

Yeah, this one. From about 22 minutes till the end. While it was all passed off humorously, I sensed there were bad vibes between Paul Griffiths and the shareholders, not to mention The Sunday Roast team and others.

After the presentation, Sarah Lowther opens the question time with:

'Paul, I'm supposed to be the scary one and I'm mildly terrified of you.'

He is supposed to be giving a presentation to investors and shareholders, not frightening or bullying them.

Then she mentions his comments about the m/cap in the presentation but that all goes a bit flat. Plus she brings up the ridiculous way they were loaning the director's owned shares out as new placing shares while they didn't have the headroom to issue them directly.

The questions were then all avoided or at best not answered at all, with the continued inference that the shareholders who were putting the questions were idiots.

The last time I watched a recording of one of these presentations Paul Griffiths was having a right argument with the investors and shareholders. It was almost embarrassing as he also blamed the posts on the chat boards for false information and crashing the share price, etc.

I see the share price is down 8.8% in anticipation of this latest non-event.

It must be about time that Paul and Lonny paid themselves a bonus for their successful testing campaign!! How about another £250K each!!

I reckon that the most shameful thing about this whole sorry business is that COPL were operating solely in the USA. So much for a safe and dependable jurisdiction. It's a total disgrace.

Oh yes, and why would the Nasdaq 20% Rule apply if the main listing is on the LSE?

Just to clarify please is this share main listed on the LSE or the UK market? I was under the impression that this was a London listing with ADR listing in the US but half the time it is as if the US listing is the main one. There certainly appear to be a lot more shares traded in the US than in the UK. Cheers.

Looking at the chart it couldn't be a better time to get it done and out of the way.

Actually I have just checked and the last placing was at 1.65p. For some reason I was thinking that it was at 2.65p. Bearing that in mind then 3p might be even a bit top-heavy.
