I quite agree. But having said that, I think that a year is a long time to be in soft launch. Also the exchange will need some kind of a USP to be noticed as there are a lot of exchanges out there, many already established, and many of them are still quite small. Also it is obvious that it would not need these high hundreds of millions of $'s revenue to increase the share price and m/cap - even $50M volume per day would 10 bag the share price. But the question is - will they get established and get that sort of volume, let alone 10 times that to justify an ARB style rise.

Too good to be true. I was shafted recently on UPL - Upland Resources - where they announced an approach with a figure that sounded too good to be true - and it was. Here the 24 hr volume sounds to be somewhere between 10 times and 100 times too high to be true - and the company haven't even officially announced that the exchange is live. Looking at the volumes of other companies offering such exchanges the volume is much smaller - except for the few really big players.

Some upwards movement here at last. 0.50p to buy. The share price was between 0.45p and 0.5p for much of the time during the first drill so it should be at least that now that the first well was a success.

Interestingly the 2 websites reporting these huge numbers for GS20 Exchange are very small players and the big players do not seem to be reporting any volumes.

The GST management should really clarify what exactly is going on.

The earlier posting of this by BizTech seems to have been deleted. I had even posted on the thread and found it to be very level-headed. I expect this will be given the chop too.

I'm not saying that the email is not genuine or in any way disputing the info, but rather pointing out that if the management can give that news out to an enquiry from a shareholder then it would be fair to give it out also to all shareholders via a RNS or a podcast.

Seeing as they seem only too keen to respond to your enquiries, maybe you could ask them nicely to put this info out officially for the benefit of all shareholders. And maybe to do a podcast too.

I'm sure there must be enough people pestering the CEO to do a podcast. This might be a wise time.

People keep posting that because GST are trading on the London Main Market the management do not have to issue an RNS, etc BUT back on 11th April 2023, after a few days of sustained rises of the share price, GST management issued a "Statement re Share Price Rise" RNS. That didn't say an awful lot, but this time they can use the share price rise to inform that the Exchange is now 'live' (as we were told yesterday by one poster who had got a reply to this question from the management).

Yes, or use ads blocker - which I have on my laptop and PC, but not on my phone (and it is really bloody annoying).

Apparently if you subscribe to being a Premium member then you get this website ads free.

The shares to clear the debt are being issued at a price of approximately 0.8p.

It'll be very embarrassing if HE1 fail to replicate the results of the first NHE drill.

Preliminary results from Mbelele-1 point toward Helium Discovery

“We have achieved an excellent first result confirming a potentially significant helium system in the North Rukwa basin from our first well. Drilling encountered more than double the total net reservoir thicknesses than those estimated by NSAI and the Company.

Further laboratory analysis is required to confirm the North Rukwa rift basin as a helium discovery, and we are highly optimistic. Whilst waiting for this analysis, we will continue with our disciplined approach and proceed to drill Mbelele-2, with the aim of fully evaluating the commercial potential of the Mbelele BMFC.

The results support the Company’s well-researched thesis that the North Rukwa rift basin has the potential to emerge as a globally significant primary helium province. On behalf of the Board, we are extremely delighted with the initial results and look forward to releasing further results from our analysis of Mbelele-1 and drilling progress from Mbelele-2.”

Of course, 'leak' is the nice term to use for such behaviour. I believe the correct term is 'insider trading' and that is an offence and is punishable. It can also be easily proven, as all trades are transparent and can be easily traced.

It would certainly explain the rather strange share price movements all week including today.

Maybe it's time Mr Karam spoke to the shareholders instead of to his investment buddies. Then we might get some genuine share price movement instead of all this leaky business. So much for the 'tight' drill.

A presentation would be great, or even a podcast, though I seem to remember saying that when the well was spud and we didn't get one then. Now, though, is actually a much better time with this positive news.

By the way, my only gripe about the leak was that It would have been nice to get a top-up at whatever the price would have been without the leak, knowing that the drill had hit oil and that all systems are go so to speak.

Also, of course, it is better when the share price goes up on good news rather than slightly down - though it still has a chance to end up in the blue today.

It looks like it was first leaked on Monday when the share price went up by nearly 20% and that gave some unscrupulous individual(s) the idea to buy 14 million on Thursday at 0.51p. Bloody disgrace. Now the share price is even down on the day.

Now because of this disgraceful leak no one knows whether to pile in and buy more or to sell and take the profits. Typical f*cking c*ck-up.
