On this I will go with previously mention of which was ZM after saying Frr had not violated terms of PSA & went on to say that he feels optimistic.
So on him believing Frr had not violated PSA then even if they had in some minor ways with Frr having had put, so much funding & work into B12 then just feel Frr will come through.
As always said though it is only a formal announcement that will confirm all of this.

Overall though going on the interference Frr have had from GOGC/GG then I would say that they have a good bit of the blame for anything owed to ex employees. Would also say that I do not think that the employees are helping themselves in some ways, if they are owed any wages.

ZZ think mentioned there might be a few with a few months pay still to be resolved, but also something about Frr paying back some tax for them.

If Frr keep their % of B12 then it is fairly obvious Frr would not get compensation, as well.
If though B12 was transferred back into GGs hands of which still believe will not be the case. If did though then due to sunk costs & work gone into all of Block 12 then would have thought there is a reasonable chance of being awarded compensation of which have previously mentioned.

One thing the Georgian public will know, as previously mentioned that Russia are only takers & generally they will get f.c.k. all from any resources they have, if they go that way.

Just might be the case that the U S A are keeping an eye on the panel, especialy now that everybody knows Frr are a very big piece of this jigsaw.

At the moment as there, is still so much unknown on all of this would not think on it to much. If they could wait 7yrs then they would have just waited, so overall need to see what comes out of the arbitration.

One thing, it might be. Is because GG started all this then ZM does not count the counter claim as Frr going after them. As if they stopped everything on their side then Frr would not make the counter claim..
In end unlikely we will know everything that has been going on.

Does say that Frr believe due to the GG/GOGC Frr have lost out in revenue of that nature ($3.5B). Might be that something has been lost in translation on the counter claim, subject.

I think it just might mean something positive because it comes after him saying that Frr did not violate the terms of the contract.

ZM on as far as what Frr think on the GG they still look as if they are putting across a conciliatory tone on GG & that is even after them trying their best to f.c.k. up Frr. This I would think would look good to the arbitration panel.

On below ZM looks to say that they are optimistic on the outcome of which reads well & on that he obviously cannot go to far otherwise the panel would start to think he is thinking it is a for gone conclusion.

Just read through the transcript of the interview again & without doubt reads very well for Frr concerning the arbitration. Obviously though if the GG had been a reasonable government to deal with then Frr would have already been releasing, some very nice looking Rns's.
