Lets hope that $10M, is a drop in the ocean once outcome of arbitration, is announced.

On as far as a compromise, is concerned at this stage would think that it will come through the arbitration, if that is the case.
As usual though we wait & see.

I would say that most of what this article, is about. Is just to have a go against USA &they would have Frr included in this.

Agree on GOGC saying 99% does make it look like they want a bigger % & would say that any agreement might be done through the arbitration itself.
On the outcome being black or white then on it being against Frr then going on 100s of $M funding being put into this by Frr would be one of the biggest travesty on arbitration.
So still in belief that this is either completely in Frrs favour or some form of compromise.

On what ZM has mentioned on multi $B investment/work then just cannot see Frr being in control of something that big. So let's hope that all of B12, is offloaded & on that maybe Frr have some form of royalty to come from it a bit further down the line.
Overall though as mentioned by myself & few that a full offload of B12 , also Frr payout to us on deal done with SMajor then Frr close up.
As usual though we wait & see on outcome of arbitration.

As arbitration, as you say has concluded then it is up to arbitrators on how long this goes on for on coming to a decision of which might still come through in April. Overall though would allow another few months, maybe up to 6 months on it coming to a complete end.
Let's hope there is a chance of April/May.

Just might be the case that they leave it up to either/both parties involved on any announcement.

What you said on PCA does give a bit of reasurrance on that this will/has been looked at in a fair way.

Don't mind a compromise of which I have previously mentioned, but would hope on around 10% handed over, if that is what arbitrators announce on.

Would think that on Frr still having their % or at least most of it of which still believe they will then best way forward is to offload at somepoint over coming year & just get out of Georgia. Maybe even close up shop, as far as Frr are concerned of which would have thought be better for all.
If ZM & SN do want to continue then they can start up with one of those other new ones that was found.

I also would say that the interview is dood to see, as generally ZM, is reiterating what he said in previous one of which I see, as always good.

That is what this is all about, but they have put in for 99%.

As previously mentioned by poster, last paragraph of pt 3, reads very well & in way says what I mentioned in last post.

One reason why ZM has come out of the shadows & give interviews, just might be down to now arbitration has been completed & thinking on their decisions he thinks it is good idea to let the wider people of Georgia know that they do have a nice looking amount of gas & oil, in their country.

On some form off offload, if that is the case then overall working with government would not be so importantnt.

Agree, but think generally at this stage it never looked like there would be an agreement outside of arbitration.
As mentioned though ZM has said again that Frr feel they have generally stayed within the PSA of which, is obviously very important for arbitration.

Great work & obviously ZM, is not celebrating, but feel that as he has reiterated much of what he said in the 1st interview. Especially on the case of the PSA then it looks like Frr have a good case in the arbitration.

The last line of 2nd pt, seems to be saying that GOGC was after a bigger slice of cake & not meaning the 99%, as that would be classed, as all of the cake.
