Would say that not worth wasting time engaging with Starscum.
As you say even though things are looking bad, still some sort of chance will turn.
With last bit same applies when things look good.

Still cannot see the point in GOGC demanding above from Frr, as if it is all over then Frr will not be paying them $1000, let alone the $6M.

Might be the case that GOGC is interpreting the ruling how they want to see it.
As mentioned there would be no point in Frr saying they are generally happy with ruling, if it meant GOGC was given the chance to cancel the contract.
In end though, as you say. We still need more info of which will come today or tomorrow.

If a material breach was said then why, as mentioned, is Frr saying that they are ok with rulljng.
So might be GOGC are interpreting the ruling how they want to see it, so they can cancel contract.
In end we have to, as usual wait & see.

Will add that there probably was a chance that Frr could have handled this in a much better way.

Think that as arbitration had given back around 99% then GOGC obviously wanted the jewel & by cancelling contract they get it.
We now need Zaza to finally put out a formal statement & have it put on the website.
Overall the arbitration has done Frr over, as sure that they would have known what GOGC next move was going to be.

Overall what was the point in Frr releasing that statement when they would have known what was coming next from GOGC.

Where do they think Frr will get $6M. In fact Frr probably would have trouble paying $100K.
