One good thing, is that Frr have given a very good reason why they could not.
Instead offered to release a joint statement of which, is looking unlikely at moment.

The last 3 words on DomFoks post, is exactly how things stand at the moment.
In end we know FRR arestill fighting & with that we are still In with a chance of which i see as being better then when GOGC 1st put out there statement on arbitration.

Well thought out post & agree on what you say.

On the way this is going there is a chance this could all end up back in court & if it does then this all would finally be 100% sorted. If it does though of which sure we all don't want that then it could drag on for another year +.
So let's hope this somehow does get worked out & Frr come out with the area that they have carried out work on.

Date for that statement shows as 21 April & thought that was previously posted. So overall nothing new.

Will say that it was clear that anything that comes from KK would be along those lines.

Think Earsbern mentioned that around 1.58% covers Taribana & it come from Madp calculations.

If the overall result, is along of GOGC talk then it very likely is a case of them getting what they want.
If though it is complete opposite & result, is along Frr lines then things would be looking much better for Frr & us.
Will add, why is Frr even thinking of suing GOGC. If there was not at least something, in what they are saying.
In end as previously mentioned we probably will have to wait up until the July date & see what is being said then.

As there is info in the full report Frr does not want released then there is at least a good chance that GOGC know they can make as much noise as they want about it & report will not be out in public
domain.
In end though we have to wait & that wait might be until the date specified by GOGC.

Overall we know that Frr have not exactly been flush with cash for a good while & cannot see they would have been doing much work on those fields.

Would think that there is a chance BP have been involved in 2/3 of those fields, if not more.

Think Taribani holds a good % of the gas.
