Slightly understand now.
I am thinking that on Block 12 being moved to a new entity then Hope cannot get near it.

Any appeal had to be put in by around 30 July & that is near on 2mths back.
So at moment, looking good

I Got it wrong was around

Seems to be saying that document court wanted served on SN that was mention has been returned to court unserved.
Above is just my thought on it.
