It might have been another delaying tactic of which this time was to get last minor thing with a SMajor sorted.
Obviously though until some news comes out officially it is another maybe.

Presume you are saying it was adjourned pria to the Oct date?

On there being a SMajor ready to sign on the dotted line then would have thought that would mean that the arbitration would not go fully in GGs favour, by them having anything like the 99%.

I have always thought that the Arbitration was about GG gaining a larger slice of the pie.
On as far as Hopeless, is concerned it is just a case of having the $s to pay off the liquidator, including its costs & on a JV, Farm Out or Offload of B12 then that should not be a problem.
In the end though we still need confirmation that Frr & GG has come to an agreement, so that the above can happen.

I am thinking that it is any update that Ziggy might get will determine, if good or bad.

Let's hope on something positive coming out of this meet between workers & ZM.

Think it was Christmas eve we found out that Frr was delisting. So let's hope that this time round on any news it is clearly on the positive side.

On Levan & 2/3 others having left then would have thought that this must have near on come to some sort of conclusion.

I think somehow that Frr knew that Hopeless would not accept without prejudice.
So that I presume only leaves them the option of carrying on with claim of which, means instructing new solicitors.
The above will not obviously apply, if they drop the case of which will mean they have to pay defence receipts.

SN & ZM have had near on one full year to sort out backroom problems .
How much more time will these f.c.k. ing 2 need. Let's hope that this is the last delay.

I am still believing on something good coming out of this.
Will add that surely there is/was a purpose to SN & ZM going down this road.

Think it was a couple of months back Frr wanted to stop proceedings, but obviously not on "with prejudice "
So Frr counsel are bringing this motion of which Frr would have no problem with on above being right.

Let's hope that it is tomorrow when Frr will be receiving the VAT of around $5/6M.
If above does come about then it would seem that Frr have at least agreed on that with GG & might mean other things will start moving, in right direction.

Going on what has been posted on it looks likely that Frr have been using delaying tactics for more time of which I also think, it looks that way.
On above cannot see that Frr can carry on with it much longer. So think we must be closing right in on a final conclusion on all of this crap.

Will add that reason was along the lines that if Levan did no longer work for Frr then he could not obviously be ordered by the court on handing over any documents.
