Why do your posts always come across as a dig at Tesco ? ,have you had a bad experience in the past an ex employee etc just asking as it’s like you don’t accept ant positive news coming with the SP

We understand the role of unions but at the end of the day it is 2 way process in that if you get the correct pay and conditions and can recieve affordable benefits then lovely but there has to be some clear logic on how the work role is done so people have to be flexible in hours like lots of other roles skilled ones as well accept these conditions you cannot keep having your hours cut just to satisfy a union wanting to work less but get paid more surely you earn a decent wage and get good terms you have to work a reasonable amount of hours ,ask most people in the NHS if they work 38 hours a week try and be civil

If you want to have questions answered then great let’s do it but you must answer questions put to you as well and we can have a grown up debate no bully boy tactics or name calling let’s see how far we can go eh
