You are right my friend ,I’m afraid a lot of posters on here keep believing in fake numbers and keep forgetting that whilst it is still barren undeveloped land the value is not a great deal of money

There is one word in your last post which explains a lot about that barren land , IF and that has been there for decades so it is as you would say one big gamble we wait and see IF they find any buyers and as for that valuation 100 million not in a million years just a made up figure I’m afraid and at present a plot of land with a figure nobody knows !

So they are holding approximately 470 thousand pounds of paper shares at present each , I don’t think that is a massive about considering the debt the business still has ,a further 900 grand unless of course they are planning on putting more money in but I doubt it as you say they have bought at a bigger price

You keep kidding yourself Bigwell as for Mr Day and Mr Raby they have been looking after themselves like the rest of the BOD just taking salaries and showing nothing in return , they have a 900 grand debt and a plot of barren undeveloped land in Greece the land of the rich LOL ,let us see if anyone will gamble there money into that so called project ,I bet the above 2 named or the Board don’t !

So what about the 900 grand that is still there and the business has No cash flow , so how do you suggest they pay the debt more paper shares ? The company’s is not worth the value you think it is ,they do not pay debt with cash jus5 paper money which has little worth whilst the sp is at these low levels

Debt free they have a 900 grand debt that has not disappeared you talk like the BOD as they always talk about debt as if it is not there. Stop dreaming and look at the true facts

Stop getting carried away who knows what is going on ,every time this share has risen over hearsay within a couple of weeks it is back down to its lows ,we will see !
