It and If are really big words when it comes to gaining investment st Minoan they really need some hard reality to give investors some belief I’m afraid

The point you are missing is that it’s great holding shares at whatever price but where is the capital coming from for Crete ,not them and I’m sure that they have a large holding at bigger prices than 3p. The point What requires addressing is made by Sphboy,What is the CEO and board doing ? Apart from drawing salaries

That has been the issue all along with this BOD ,all they do is take salaries and do nothing but talk about what could happen ,why would any serious investor trust this lot if this was such a good investment in Crete why don’t the board provide some funds ,I wonder why ?

That my friend is the job of the BOD who appear to be doing nothing but taking there salaries so what does that tell you ? , as for Sitia Airport at present there are No major airlines BA ,Ryanair ,Easy Jet etc that fly here so until this area can offer these facilities it is going to be tough ,ask yourself one question ,Why has nobody invested in this development ?

Like I said a fall always follows a small rise

I too admire your optimism but this SP is stuck here until the BOD give some more clarity and facts about what is happening

I have been buying in at lots of lows my friend to balance out my price and I don’t sell out to lose money even if I am not at a price yet where I can sell but I’m not a million miles away and I will wait ,Dividend still to come and possible uplift so we wait and see , glad your concerned about my cash 💴Cheers

I agree with you 100% and that is why I am very sceptical and critical of the BOD they appear only to be out for themselves I’m afraid , as for tourists the last time I was in Crete there was an awful lot of Russians hence why I would not go there again Rudd and Arrogant

The point I’m making is that this is Greece we are talking about things do not get done quickly here and just because they have some undeveloped land does not mean that if it ever gets the finance there is No guarantee that everyone is going to flock to Crete

This has been going on for decades and as I have said 100s of times this Crete project is barren land that has to get other people’s money 💴 in a country that is still recovering from massive financial help ,would you want to invest millions and hope that you can get a return ? I wouldn’t .This BOD has No intention of putting up any collateral of there own so that to me explains what big risks there is here so sometimes you have to look closer at the real picture here ! Hence 2.7p

Not long to wait then it’s only been a couple of decades so far after all this is Greece we are talking about the land of lots of money 💵 LOL
