I agree with a lot of the comments on the drop in SP but you have to see things how they currently are so I have bought in again so as to lower my average price down to £3.00 and then I have a decision to make good luck long term investors

Will have to see how the market reacts , probably doesn’t set them alight but who knows after all it’s a ftse 250 company for now

Grow up I’ve been investing a long time and it really makes me laugh when people like you just have tunnel vision repeating the same old opinion day after day ,if you were a long term investor you would understand that talking about the sp every minute won’t make it go up any quicker ,you really need to look at what you write as it does become a bit boring but then you are one of a kind ,im averaged down to £3.25 now so have a decision to make very soon hopefully

I agree with your points I just feel it could take a bit longer than your timescale and it has to improve upwards to sustain paying that sort of dividend as at these levels it is not sustainable

Hello Bigwell I admire your optimism about a load of barren land in a poor country like Greece who have No capital yet you seem to think it is worth Millions ,please get real until someone actually puts millions in to redevelop then it is just a plot of land in the middle of knowhere after all it is not like the land is in the middle of London and worth something and Where is the money for the investment coming from ? , Not the BOD !
