I agree with your points about the union but would also add that any business at certain points in its trading has to make cuts and unfortunately if this means job losses so be it , This union has to understand clearly that it is not the taxpayer funding this business anymore it’s shareholders and if costs need to made to improve the overall look on the business then that is what the senior management are there for .As you said the CWU are only bothered about there subscriptions then the members but they are aligned together .You are right about that Numpty though he is so obsessed with whatever he rights ,I bet he is on it daily and just isn’t real ,I bet what you read Keith makes you feel so bored mate Good Luck

Just to add I think there must be a north south divide mate because when you listen to other postys. there is definitely a difference in the work pattern and working attitudes ,I bet there are some old school postys who are managers so what does that tell you !

I agree with you about the long term prospects but I think it will be longer than you think but if anyone is prepared to wait then good luck ,I just feel at present there are some bargains out there and hold a chance of getting a return quicker than here .Im not so sure that long term the SP will go back to the high levels of £6 unless there is good news on USO and future cost Savin with better efficiency in the business ,if those all happen then I do think it could be very attractive long term but I’m not prepared to wait any longer so when I reach my average I’m out and having pocketed the dividend I will just move onto other investments ,my main long term holding is elsewhere so will always be looking for good entry points anywhere Good Luck

I think you make some very valid points and I agree with you if the delivery of mail does keep declining because of the way Modern business use different ways of contact ,Email etc then it is a massive cost saving in reducing the work force because of the weaker demand ,common sense really in the modern day
