Your not trapped you always have the three options buy/ sell/ hold, if you feel your money would give a quicker or better return elsewhere then that would be the best option, its not a good strategy to think that because you lost money on a share you have to get it back from that same place, each of us have those options and sometimes we have to adapt to make things easier, rigid rules and flexible views are a good way forward, and I genuinely hope things work out well for you.

The new bod have laid out there plan, unfortunately these things take time to implement, naturally investers become frustrated and impatient when they see no sign of any action, I'm prepared to give them the time having looked at their track record.
