Toyin, like you I continue to be frustrated by the recent sp action, however, despite all the historic dubious statements you listed regarding the launch dates for skinbiotix it did not deter you in a recent podcast from predicting a sp of over 50p post launch and so far nothing has changed. 18th Jun 25 marks the 1 year anniversary of the Acne Study Results with the hope of a Partnership deal, whilst by the end of Jul 25 the EOY Results will confirm or otherwise that the synergies, increase in SBTX group sales, and Croda Royalties earnt to date, means the Company will no longer need to fund raise to balance the books, news confirming this will determine the future of the sp performance and all the emotion in the world won't alter this, so chill, take a holiday and open the Champagne to celebrate or Brown Ale to drown your sorrows once the outcome of known.

The fact that Harry has not rushed through the AGM for June and hence is prepared to face the music if the project is still not over the line by July i see as a real positive.

Agree lord you would hope that it includes manufacturing as leasing warehouse storage costs based on an estimated 10 meters cube per month are negligible and certainly wouldn't warrant a fund raise of this ilk:

Not a TW disciple as like anyone else he gets things wrong as well as right, but he has made some very valid points over Opti Governance and did force the Company to push out a RNS when SOH was critically ill in hospital when the Chairman failed to communicate it proactively. SBTX changing their broker and getting rid of Cavendish no doubt also a factor; no more cosy dumping of SBTX shares on the market through that arrangement anymore. Regarding the £750k, don't lose sight of the monies from SBTX shares already sold adding to the pile and whilst no issue with the opening of a warehouse and manufacturing site in the USA but throwing more money at India marketing of own brand products if Dr Morepen sales are going so well is a mystery; why not just wait for profits from that venture and the "promotion" of the slimbiome ingredient to become established rather than spend on influencers now?

Well I trust no LTH's who failed to pledge their shares to TW to drive down the costs pf overpaid and inefficient Directors rather than continually raising funds do not moan.

I doubt if TW will relent TotalWealth because he wants the marketing costs to be paid for by reducing internal costs on overpaid directors and Consultancy fees rather than financing marketing through further selling of SBTX shares. Still no update to the unanswered Q&As from the April IM which is disappointing. I was particularly keen to find out whether there has been any progress on the New Cross Hospital Trial to extend the use of Once Heel Balm to prevent Heel Pressure Ulcers. At the July 24 Investor Meets I posed the following question "During the January 2024 Investor Meets you mentioned that imminent feedback was expected from New Cross Hospital following a Heel Pressure Ulcer trial using Once Heel Balm, when can we expect an update?" and received the following response from SA during the July IM "There has been a change of personnel handling the study at the top level in New Cross Hospital so going to require a little more time but is ongoing. Now working with Legs Matter Campaign a very vocal and fast moving group and is still being used in New Cross Hospital on at risk patients to prevent heel pressure ulcer and diabetic foot ulcers and Ipswich Team who we ran a very successful study with are advocates of the product and keen to get involved and as soon as I do have a read out on that we will RNS that immediately." It is Now 10 months on so it prompted me to raise a further question at the Apr 25 IM to see whether there was any reportable progress at all

True bk but at the end of the day final products still need ingredient content so my logic is if you focus on monthly ingredient production of 10k per tonne then wont be far wrong whatever average price point you apply
