Personally, I can't get too worked up about the AGM until I have seen the audited results and then asked any performance related questions I would like answered at the Investor Meets. If I am dissatisfied with the performance and any relevant response as I understand it I can then vote by proxy in advance of the AGM regarding reappointment of Directors. Toyin and Shychap as the prime agitators for AGM attendance what questions are hoping to ask and get answers to within an AGM's agenda that you couldn't get responses to via an Investor Meets?

The SBTX float was a master stroke, the PBX onto the illiquid AQSE a big mistake allowing 23% of the Company to be acquired for just £1,226,400 on the back of a news black out that saw the sp fall to circa 3p so one piece of good judgement offset by a very poor second decision.

The market most certainly should have been told the launches would not be happening a lot sooner especially as the potential solution to the economic issues requiring resolution, the new enzyme, was already known some months ago as it was mentioned in the Sept RNS. Correct me if I am wrong but you are a regular user of Axisbiotix are you not because it has worked for you (as it has from others) whilst other products have failed? What is needed from the Superdrug launch is the promised promotion of the products because spending once on acquiring a new Customer for Axis-ps can be a lifetime revenue stream, so the Superdrug rollout has the potential to be a real accelerant and would not have happened without the Dermatonic's acquisition. Regarding the performance of the acquisitions, I think it might be prudent to wait and see what the forecasts are for next year before making a snap judgement now, so anyone putting themselves forward as a SA replacement on that agenda certainly wont be getting my vote

Well that guesswork appears to be on the pessimistic side after all they guessed revenue of £5.1M alongside the fundraise would result in Year End cash of £4.1M and yet the Company had £4.8M on £4.5-£4.8M revenue so whilst it is true we are all being treated like mushrooms there appears to be some pretty good compost going down which is what the stink is, so to conclude "it's not going to end well for pi's" is based on what?

Regarding the £10.3 M given back to shareholders in the form of a dividend, it might be worth doing some further research regarding the PBX sp that was based on at launch, how long the lock in period was before shareholders could take advantage of that dividend and of course what that dividend would actually have been worth based on the sp at the end of the lock-in. Also, to put things into context, the combined pre-biotic and probiotic business with its shared revenues, costs and overheads had a sp of over 40p immediately prior to breaking up the Company

Or just maybe with a newly appointed CFO, t he uncertainty of the actual revenue at fy end £4.5-£4.8M the prudent approach has been to wait until the auditors h ave signed off on the accounts before announcing at what point break even and profitability has been/is forecast to be achieved.

A reminder from the Aug trading Update "The Company will be reporting its full year results later in the year and will hold a presentation for shareholders at that time" So the results and Inv Meets are probably one or two weeks away, and my fallback stance is to wait and see, he is the glue holding together two newly acquired ex privately owned family businesses and the last thing they need is the uncertainty of change at the top when in reality the Group as a whole may now well be doing very well. The Company has lost the COO and replaced the CFO and a period of stability is now desperately required
