If a poster here is right, we are due 6 month financial results by end September, the closed period for interim reporting is 30 days. With 60 day closed period for full year results. So we are all good for both directors buys and more news this week.

The share price reflects the position the company is now if this was a sure fire proven enterprise we would be at 73p.
IMHO the exciting thing here is exactly as you say this is so obvious why hasn’t someone thought of this before. But, they haven’t till now and that’s the exciting part

Meddler it’s more to do with this 10% rule (non official rule thing lol) in a market that is rising quickly it is hard for a director to buy as this rule states, if a director buys the sp can’t move 10%. Or it could be seen as insider trading. Hence why bought at high price on the day they bought. As I have alluded to this is a rule of thumb..

Also they have to keep their shares for a short period time .. which is the minimum of a year lol

Why this is important to me as it explains AZ,s buy as directors can’t buy/sell stock within 60 days of financial reporting..
by the way just because the trade was announced this week doesn’t mean he is late, as the company has up to 4 days after the purchase/sell to issue a tr1 . So he just sneaked in his buy ..

Share muppets could be in trouble. The market rules are if untrue rumours are circulating the company should ignore them and not duty bound to respond
However, if the rumours are true they need to clarify in a RNS as soon as possible. I see nor expect any such RNS

Two things - firstly this The ceo 11million buy of shares, we have a tr1 stating ceo holding up from 18 to over 23%

23% of shares in issue @ 0.535p = a lot of skin in the game more than most CEO’s would hold

Secondly - there MAY BE a RNS before tuesdays interview, why would he do another interview if nothing new to add...
on that one I have no real clue and time will tell

I remember my biggest loss, was buying TRP in the 0.9’s when there were about 4 posting on the boards... went to just about 7p then duster RNS ...oh, then share centre website crashed think I eventually sold at 0.5p -0.8p ish
Lesson learned, only put in what you can afford to lose
