That’s 4 or 5 trades now for 1000 shares costing £6/£7 .. in these infamous codes mean don’t let it run. Let’s see this afternoon.

You wou;d be surprised at the scrutiny an RNS is subject to. Every word, every line is mulled over, rewritten. Just to make sure they say enough, it stands up to legal scrutiny and conveys the message they need to send.

I also think AZ buy RNS was very poorly worded. If they used the word acquisition,The message would of been received differently to acquired.
However, acquisition is the noun for the verb aquire, but look how it was used against us

That’s not quite true is it, iMHO we are awaiting an update on known news Previously announced in RNS’S and business growth, so not quite the same as say ‘flooding closes mine’ for example which is price sensitive and must be released immediately

IMHO. Day traders have this share and the mm’s happy to play along ( even £58 sell dropped the bid side this morning)

Next RNS’S will see the exact same formula but at a higher sp... rinse and repeat. All the way to £1 lol. If potential realised

Traders will make money, mm’s will always make money and long term holders will see the most money in their PF’s

Firstly, there are exceptions to the rule hence they need permission to sell, these are court orders and extreme financial difficulties.
Can I also add the Model code of conduct was replaced by European Mar standards I think in 2010

Typing this through gritted teeth lol ... there are lots of articles on closed periods for accounting periods.
Very little on directors buys when news is due. Because there isn’t any .. they can buy. Now here’s is the rule that covers insider trading in news period. ....THEY CANT SELL FOR A YEAR ...
