Last few days I have been tracking them when I have been watching so far they have been spot on, its contentiousness issue most don’t like or don’t believe, 700 is gap it up 500 move it up allegedly lol ..

Exactly, the voting rights don’t transfer until the transaction I have outlined is satisfied .
It’s to stop people from buying shares at say 11am on a given day. Using that vote at 11;30 then selling at 11.35Am.
So they can‘t manipulate the vote and it costs them the spread and costs ,,
So no share purchase come with voting rights till after Full transaction Period..
Also SYME doesn’t have non voting shares in issue,
Because of this I know from the tR1 that the transaction is still active but only from the mm perspective.
For AZ is done deal and move on

Just think how your sells work, you sell shares and the money is accredited to your account automatically. But you can not withdraw the money for 3 Full working day’s because that trade transaction hasn’t been fully completed ...agree?
Now on the buy side your buy will show up in your account immediately on purchase. But you don’t have voting rights or technically the shares until the transaction is completed.. but the mm is legally obliged to supply you the shares as you had a contract with him to buy shares in x company for y price ...are you with me?
So AZ has the shares in his holding company on the 27th, now its the MM’s to satisfy the contract on the market side nothing now to do with AZ. RNS = peed off MM ..you bet...

Look at my previous posts today about section 8 of TR1. I would bet AZ offered to buy at 0.6975 and a MM took the deal, hence yesterday -12% ..
now I bet there is one MM on L2 frantically trying to scoop up sells or get the price down , he will lose money but better to lose money than lose a face or lose AZ as a client

There are plenty of resourse out there for 1year rule. And I will find most of them and place links the next time I see you post

Jamie, look at the transaction date on the first RNS,
It shows he made the transaction on the 27th of August. The company have up to 4 days to announce this. However, they can announce it anytime in that four days.
As per my previous post look at TR1 section 8 the (Art 9 of Directive 2004/109/EC) (DTR5.1) Section
MM hasn’t completed full transaction yet, he has three day

His first buy was an off market deal. This one is definitely bought through the market, it’s not even settled trade yet.. so TW (at) has no case if he tries to deramp this trade

Tr1 section 8 shows the mm has not fully settled the trade (they have three working days to settle in full

AZ can’t buy more than 30% of issued shares without making an offer for whole company

The mms don’t care about dropping past 0.6p they don’t care if RNS coming or not. Probably most of them don’t know the first thing about SYME
All they care about is their book and volume. If it didn’t break 0.6 it probably more to do with the volume of buys at that price. They don’t want to cause panic selling either but will drop it till volume of buys return
