I am still having doubts on the thread of “selling” these 5.8billion shares.
For one it states the AZ still owned the shares and, at the time of the 29th RNS, still had his 18% Holding.
If these three companies trade even a proportion of the shares then the register of total is wrong,

Of course there is more than one way to “trade” shares . Rent perhaps .. follow the dots

I think your starting to show your true intent with that post. The tone and content are derogatory to the BOD and on the whole historical in nature.
Why, a person of your intellect would post such a statement is making me query your motives here.

My only, and thankfully short answer to all you refer and infer on that post is simple

As soon as the shares start trading the market decides the value of the company and now 6 months from being a traded share the market is currently valuing the company at the price the chairman bought at. The news flow is all that matters now. Not what the directors thought or what value some auditor would put on prospective contract value or hard money as you claim. As I say old news

I can’t see what I was looking for on whitewash.

But RNS does state “ Mr Zamboni's 18.98% shareholding in SYME held through Orchestra Group remains unchanged“ so no change to share register
So I am querying the legality of the borrowers trading the pledged shares,

We know from the whitewash paper that the shares remain in AZ’s name .. well his holding company name.. that’s why it doesn’t affect the share register
And AZ share ownership percentage hasn’t changed.

As ever brilliant posting, .. in basic terms then AZ raised funds by using the shares as collateral, which the lender can use but return to AZ if he pays up..
right?
The shares are still in AZ’s name for now, unless he doesn’t pay . Right?

That was his day job
Then he goes and shoves in £1.5 mill of his own money in here .. with his experience you can do nothing else but follow his lead and wait as he can’t sell for a year ..IMHO
