He then rambles a bit and says not invest in penny stock. He then adds he is working with partners on reverse split of shares as he would like to work with a new institution and we maybe announcing a new institutional who are interested in Investing in our equity. Also very important information for retail investors.

On the whole a reverse split isn’t normally good news as it comes from a place of distress. However, new institutional buying equity is another thing entirely...

Also from earlier ,zac asks him twice about news , when asked about upcoming news he first says ‘shortly‘ for news on both Italian banks and U.K. hub.

Now a bit of a wild theory because he said banks etc in a few days I think he will have to announce it all tomorrow.. !!!!!
Not to sure how he stands legally but if he doesn’t release tomorrow could be seen a market manipulation as he has pre warns and primed the market before hand.. see my point
