He needs a high SP as ii are wanting more indirect deals. so he personally is diluting his share holding, but not losing shares.. get it . the higher the SP the less he has to dilute . Why are you all not getting this

Secondly AZ buy in August wasn’t his money it was an ii investing
How do I know. AZ has to use shares for collateral as RNS shows,so where is he getting £11mill from for purchase the following month
. they set up a private limited company, call it IFA2.
Which is part if the Orchestra group. The ii gives AZ money and becomes a equity holder in IFA2 .. Az transfers shares to IFA2 .. so the Ii becomes part owner with AZ in the shares (along with however else had a stake in Orchestra group)
It’s been called indirect investment in last RNS
That’s why 8th RNS’s show transfer of stock but AZ holding remain the same .. as they never left the group ..

Yes, first get permission from Chairman to buy then report transaction immediately. Company has 4 days to submit TR1 or just standard notification if it’s not major holding TR1.. for example DW buy wasn’t a TR1 .. but it was .. wait for it ...... £1.5 mill buy lol
